If there isn't any moss, some lichen will probably be good.

If there isn't any lichen, you should try a fungi- but mushrooms are well known tricksters, keep that in mind.

You can get to nowhere eventually, but I recommend taking some of that funky wacky tobaccy that I learned about in school. You know, the good stuff with the crystals on it.

Anyways, as long as you're not trying to go anywhere in particular you'll reach somewhere, but really getting to nowhere is a soul-wrenching journey and I'm certain there are fairies and unicorns involved.
