Please boost! Gramps is a diabetic kitty who is up for adoption in West Virginia. I would absolutely adopt him in a heartbeat but I have some circumstances that won’t allow me to take in another cat at the moment. So I figured the best thing I could do is share this little guy! @TheOldGuy GOOD, I hope she wins and wins a decent payout (enough to cover medical costs and loss of earnings) failing to act on warnings is serious, teachers and staff at schools are professional and should be TRUSTED by admins, so that when concerns are raised, it is sufficient to actually act on.
