When the histories are written of Ukrainian victory, they will show that it was pressure campaigns to provide weapons and NOT the leaders of democratic governments who made it possible
Ukraine will be receiving WiSENT 1 MC armored vehicles, which are based on the German Leopard 1 tank. These vehicles are designed to be able to traverse minefields and provide a high level of protection for the crew in the event of a mine explosion. The exact number of vehicles to be delivered to Ukraine is currently unknown.
Biden has stated that the US will not be providing Ukraine with F-16 fighter jets at this time, but that does not mean that other partners cannot supply them.
Regarding Joe Biden's statements about F-16 aircraft, there is no betrayal. We must remember what he said about Abrams tanks only a few months ago. How many times did he say no? Then he suddenly announced it. The situation is constantly changing, so today they may say no, but tomorrow they may say yes. A lot will be decided about the aircraft in February at Ramstein. Poland and the Netherlands are seriously considering providing us with F-16s.
Macron will contemplate the possibility of training Ukrainian fighter pilots and has not excluded the option of supplying aircraft to Ukraine. This is a positive sign, and the new Ramstein may consider providing aircraft to us. Of course, this does not mean that we will receive them immediately, but it is the next step after tanks.
