Main point from Biden's speech in Warsaw: I just visited Kyiv and I can tell you that Kyiv is standing and free. Putin thought we would back down, but he was wrong - we are all too united. Polish President Duda has declared that Ukraine must win the war, and that Poland believes Russia will be forced to leave Ukrainian territory. He has also urged all European and NATO leaders to support Ukraine.

The Ambassador of Ukraine to Israel, Yevhen Korniychuk, has announced that Israel is testing a new early warning system in Kyiv to detect missiles and drones. This system could potentially be expanded to other areas in the future. Korniychuk explained that when Russian planes take off from Belarus, an alarm is triggered in all of northern Ukraine. However, Israel has powerful radars that can determine the trajectory of the missile and activate a siren in the specific area it is heading towards. The siren also provides an indication of how many minutes people have to take cover.

Moldova's Prime Minister Dorin Recean has warned that Russia may be planning to take control of the airport in Chisinau and deploy its military there. He also acknowledged the possibility of other scenarios for destabilizing the situation in Moldova, as suggested by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. However, Recean is in favor of a peaceful resolution to the Transnistrian conflict, and believes that all parties should work together to achieve peace and security.

The White House press service has stated that during Biden's visit to Poland, he will not be discussing a diplomatic resolution to the war in Ukraine. Instead, Biden will be discussing his vision of peace in Ukraine, which will include supporting the principles of sovereignty, territorial integrity, democracy and independence.

Belgium has started to instruct the Ukrainian military on how to use underwater drones, which will be given to Ukraine afterwards. This training is part of the European Union's mission to educate the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

A fire erupted in a high-rise building in Kherson due to shelling that occurred today. A Russian shell impacted the fourth floor balcony, and firefighters were able to put out the blaze within an hour. Oksana Ulyanova, a spokesperson for the regional State Emergency Service, reported that a deceased woman was discovered in a nearby apartment beneath the debris.

Ukrainian Railways has announced that by 2025, it plans to remove all names and symbols associated with Russia and the USSR. This includes changing the names of the Southern and Southwestern divisions of UZ, which were named for their proximity to Moscow.
