Japan will be sending Ukraine 100 vehicles, including trucks, and 30,000 dry rations, according to Prime Minister Fumio Kishida. Additionally, for the first time, Japan will be providing medical care to wounded Ukrainian soldiers in a hospital run by the Self-Defense Forces.
Yuriy Ihnat, a spokesperson for the Air Force, stated that F-16 fighters will be delivered to Ukraine in units, rather than individually. Initially, several dozen of these aircraft may be supplied, with each unit consisting of at least 12 aircraft. Previously, Yuriy Sak, an advisor to the Ukrainian Defense Minister, mentioned that Ukraine is aiming to receive 40 to 50 F-16s to form three or four squadrons.
The Russian soldier reported that they had machine gunners and were instructed to shoot indiscriminately, killing children, women, men, locals, and non-locals. They went into houses and shot everyone inside. In one day, they killed at least 400 people and destroyed the town of Kremenna.
