Soldier Andriy Rolsky died on July 14, 2023, by Bakhmut. The defender was 21 years old.

To effectively address this potential scenario, the report advises the U.S. to expand its armed forces and modernize its nuclear weapons. This recommendation is made in the context of rising tensions with China over issues like Taiwan and ongoing tensions with Russia due to its invasion of Ukraine.
