It is impossible to be more cynical than Putin, — German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
The politician commented on the words of the Russian president, who stated that Israel and Hamas urgently need to stop hostilities and "avoid civilian casualties."
"I am filled with rage when I hear how the Russian president is spreading warnings left and right that civilians will become the victims of a military confrontation. It is simply impossible to be more cynical," Scholz said.

Russia is preparing to make changes to its Labor Code that would permit the employment of teenagers at defense enterprises, as reported by Kommersant.
Deputies of the State Council of Tatarstan are proposing amendments that would allow the employment of teenagers aged 16 to 18 in jobs with hazardous working conditions under fixed-term employment contracts for practical training in relevant professions.
These amendments would also permit the use of minors in defense enterprises. Notably, this move appears to contradict both the Constitution of the Russian Federation and international law.
Supporters of the initiative argue that it is necessary to expedite personnel training, especially in the context of import substitution.
Yaroslav Nilov, the head of the Russian State Duma Committee on Labor, suggested that 'working is sometimes less harmful than being on the street' and emphasized the current need for such measures. He pointed out shortages of personnel in sectors like aircraft manufacturing and the Kalashnikov concern, with employers even resorting to hiring pensioners and foreign labor.
The document is currently under preliminary consideration by the Council of Legislators at the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
The Ukrainian military does not have enough air defense equipment to shoot down ballistics in all directions, — Air Forces
"As for the number of downed targets, it should be understood that ballistics is ballistics, to shoot it down we need the means, which, unfortunately, we do not have. We need Patriots that can handle both the Dagger and the Iskanders. Yuriy Ignat, the spokesman of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, noted.
Dear Friends of Ukraine!
I continue to work on content to provide you with timely and objective information about the war in Ukraine. And my street interviews on YouTube are my way of giving a voice to Ukrainians and sharing their thoughts with the world in this difficult time.
Now I need your support to be able to continue my activities on a regular basis.
So far, my videos have not been monetized enough to cover the costs of production, running the Telegram channel, and implementing new ideas.
I will definitely achieve this. However, for now, I am dependent on the support of the channel's subscribers, as the project has no other funding.
If you have the opportunity and desire, please support my project financially. Any contribution you make is very important for supporting young Ukrainian journalists and the voice of Ukraine in the world.

The effectiveness of Ukraine's fight against the Russian invaders lies not solely in the F-16 fighter itself, but in the weaponry it carries, according to The Telegraph.
The article asserts that the crucial factor lies in the armaments that can be equipped beneath the wings of the F-16. This aircraft boasts compatibility with a wide range of missiles and bombs, some of which have already been provided by the US and its allies to Ukraine.
A squadron of F-16s, armed with long-range munitions, has the capability to strike targets across the expanse of Russian-occupied Ukraine, including Crimea and Russian warships in the Black Sea. Additionally, these planes can launch these missiles from a relatively safe distance without straying beyond the protective sphere of air defense.
The role of long-range aerial assaults in Ukrainian military operations is deemed paramount. This significance is based on concrete evidence, as Ukrainian forces have successfully executed several such strikes over time. Throughout the year, Ukrainian and foreign specialists have collaborated to arm Soviet-era aircraft such as the MiG-29, Su-27, and Su-24 with American and European munitions, as highlighted by the publication.
United States is open to training pilots on the F-16.

The Wall Street Journal reports that Egypt, influenced by pressure from the United States, has abandoned its intentions to provide weaponry to Russia. However, the country is also refraining from supplying weapons to Ukraine, thereby impeding the efforts of the Biden administration to furnish Ukraine with arms for a potential counteroffensive.
Negotiations have been ongoing since spring, according to the article, but Egypt remains steadfast in its stance at the moment.

Our agent reports that 2S1 “Gvozdika” self-propelled guns are being delivered en masse to Yevpatoria, which are also being destroyed en masse at the front.
Due to serious losses in the ranks of the Russian Armed Forces, they are forced to again resort to using outdated equipment. This technology is not new at all and is far from suitable for current combat operations. They send their soldiers to equipment that is likely to break down at the most critical moment. But the Russian regime does not place much value on human lives, even the lives of its own citizens.
