ANOTHER RUSSIAN SHIP SUNK BY DRONES
A Russian missile corvette, the Ivanovets, was sunk in the past few hours by Ukrainian rocket armed naval drones. The drones hit the vessel a number of times with rapid fire rockets that effectively stopped it dead. The Russian ship rolled to its port side stern and sank.
Part of the attack hit the area the ships P-270 Miskito anti-ship missiles were stored and they promptly detonated, leading to the rapid flooding of the vessel.
The Ivanovets was a Project 1241 Molniya class corvette.

🟡 That is the grenade that was thrown into the courtyard of the Israeli embassy in Stockholm Sweden.
Swedish prime minister Ulf Kristersson condemned “an attempted attack” against the Israeli embassy in Stockholm, after an object found outside it was destroyed by the bomb squad on Wednesday.
“This is very serious. An attempted attack on an embassy is an attack both on those who work there and on Sweden” Kristersson said. Ulf added that surveillance of the embassy and of Jewish institutions in Sweden had been tightened.
The Israeli ambassador to Sweden, Ziv Nevo Kulman, said the embassy and its employees had been subject to an “attempted attack”. “We will not be intimidated by terror,” Kulman added.
In early December, Kristersson took part in a march against antisemitism in Stockholm. Swedish police said at the time they had received 120 reports of anti-Semitic crimes since the outbreak of the war.

➡️ In the direction of Bakhmut, the Defense Forces repelled 6 enemy attacks near Bohdanivka and Klishchiivka, Donetsk region.
➡️ In the zone of responsibility of the "Tavriya" anti-tank missile defense system in the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to restrain the enemy, who does not stop trying to surround Avdiivka. Thus, during the past day, the Defense Forces repelled 26 attacks in the Avdiyivka area and another 11 attacks near Pervomaiskyi and Nevelskyi in the Donetsk region.
➡️ In the Mariinsky direction, Ukrainian soldiers continue to hold back the enemy near Georgiyivka, Pobieda and Novomykhailivka of the Donetsk region, where 16 attacks were repelled.

➡️ In the area of responsibility of the "Odesa" air defense system in the Kherson direction, the Defense Forces will continue to hold positions and repulse assaults by the occupying forces. So, during the past day, the enemy carried out 15 unsuccessful assaults.
➡️ At the same time, Ukrainian soldiers actively inflict losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying troops, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.

Valery Zaluzhnyi was appointed Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces even before the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.
An Excellent student and doctor of philosophy
In 1997, Valery Zaluzhnyi graduated from the combined military department of the Odesa Higher Command College with honors.
In 2007, he obtained a second higher education at the National Defense Academy . He received a gold medal for studying the combat use of mechanized and tank units.
In 2014, Zaluzhny graduated from the National Defense University of Ukraine named after Ivan Chernyakhovsky, also with distinction.
He was awarded the transitional sword of the Queen of Great Britain - as the best graduate of the operational-strategic level.
In 2020, Zaluzhny received a civilian master's degree in international relations from the Ostroh Academy .
During the war, Valery Zaluzhny defended his doctoral thesis at the "Odessa Law Academy" and obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.

Among the exchanged Warriors are Defenders of Mariupol, Kherson, fighters from Zmiinyi Island, marines, and combat medics:

Journalists discovered that three Moldovan companies sold aircraft spare parts to Russia, totaling about 15 million dollars during 2022-2023.
The supply of spare parts to Russia via Moldova commenced a few months after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Parts from Western countries were sent to major Russian airlines such as "Pobeda" and S7 Engineering.
The investigation suggests that Moldova's non-adherence to certain EU sanctions against Russia, specifically related to the supply of aviation parts, might be the reason for this situation.
