😡 The Russians near Kupyansk have formed a "shock fist" and use the tactics of "meat" assaults
This was stated by the spokesman of the Eastern Group of Forces, Ilya Yevlash. According to him, the so-called "fist" of the occupiers is forming near Novoyehorivka, which is now one of the epicenters of hostilities.
Yevlash noted that the tactics of "meat" assaults have been used by the Russian troops since the Second World War, when they attack at the expense of manpower and throwing a large amount of equipment.

Twenty cultural heritage sites in Ukraine have been added to the International List of Cultural Values protected by UNESCO, as reported by Gunduz Mamedov, an expert in national and international criminal law. This development comes after Ukraine's initiative was supported by the Committee of the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict.
Mamedov emphasizes the importance of having specialists in Ukraine who can effectively safeguard cultural heritage, particularly in the front zones. This protection involves both emergency measures and the potential evacuation of valuable artifacts.
According to his information, a working group within the Territorial Defense Forces is currently focused on these efforts to safeguard Ukraine's cultural heritage during times of war.
Today I officially introduced the new Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov. He is a strong person. A systemic person. He has a good understanding of the defense sector. From the first days of the full-scale war, he has been involved in negotiations on weapons for Ukraine. Very sensitive negotiations. Productive. He is also engaged in negotiations on the release of our people from Russian captivity. Rustem also has important results for Ukraine in this regard.
He can reboot the work of the Ministry of Defense. This is exactly what is needed now.
Glory to Ukraine!
