@solidsanek @pizza Sunset Sarsaparilla gives you +2 health/sec for 25 seconds without giving you rads. Also, if you're playing on hardcore, the downside is only +5 dehydration (as opposed to nuka which gives +10 dehydration and -15 sleep)
