@NadiaPurge @StillIRise1963 Yes it is disgusting, and not only that, but it's a losing strategy. Once they enable the fascist take-over, the fascists will throw them under the bus, lickety-split.
@StillIRise1963 what are libertarians these days but fascist lite anyway tho? their ideals on paper look different in practical application. imo, the broader libertarian movement has lead to acceptance of fascism as legitimate.
that's what the press is actively enabling. disgusting.
@StillIRise1963 Words don't mean what they mean anymore, words mean what they tell us they mean.
I have come to the conclusion that the minions of climate denial do not like me.
I can't really blame them ... as I trash their beloved movement every day ... and plan to continue to do so.

United Healthcare's "AI" plainly does what the bosses want: It denies health care to elderly people who were conned into signing up for Medicare "Advantage" -- a program that is only good for rapacious corporations and often a disaster for the human beings these companies claim to serve.
Had a great time tonight at Bowie Experience in #southampton - special props to the female backing singer/percussionist who also pulled off a stunning Freddie Mercury for Under Pressure!
Award of the evening though goes to the music sign language interpreter who spent the whole evening dancing, signing brilliantly, and radiating sheer joy from the music including rocking out with her air guitar during the guitar solos - wonderful communication!
This is hilarious! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXacw0tCKik
“There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there always has been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'”
- Isaac Asimov
@spocko I've been saying since shortly after 9/11 that Fox is equivalent to RTLM. The genocide is a lot slower and more subtle, but it's been happening for a while.
You’re in a desert walking along in the sand when all of a sudden you look down, and you see a Christian baby, it’s crawling toward you. You reach down, you flip the tortoise over on its back. The Christian baby lies on its back, its belly baking in the hot sun, beating its legs trying to turn itself over, but it can’t, not without your help. But you’re not helping. Why is that?
@stavvers I wish I could favorite this twice.
@wdlindsy Anyone with a little spare time should make an alt account on a social media platform to blend in with the trolls and sow F.U.D. and division amongst them. If they think it's coming from one of their own it will be more effective than if they think it's coming from one of us.
We could do it without them even realizing. We do everything else better: I'm sure we could be more effective trolls than them. Drive a wedge between Catholics and Protestants, for example. Or drive a wedge between working poor and upper middle class. Be creative.
It's time to take the gloves off, and get off of that "High Road".
"The use of the word 'vermin' is a surprisingly precise and archaic choice of language for a man with a limited vocabulary. Too much so to be coincidental with the Nazis’ use of the German word for vermin, 'ungeziefer', to describe and dehumanize Jews. Trump clearly understands the power of marginalizing segments of the population by dehumanizing them…."
