Those looking for fairness in the criminal justice system may wish to see Trump treated like an ordinary criminal defendant, but instead – what if everyone else was treated more like Trump?

If that could be, perhaps pretrial detention would be used more sparingly and would not provide leverage to coerce guilty please.

Prosecutors would tell defendants from the earliest stage of the case and the detailed allegations so that they can prepare a meaningful defense.

They usually do it when services are being livestreamed. I haven't seen a single non-Jew talking about this.
