'To everyone upset that people are cheering for this man's apparently declining remember what Mitch said to Obama when he was trying to explain the immense benefit public healthcare would provide:

“You must be under the mistaken impression that I care.”

Thanks to the Supreme Court's 5-4 ruling this May, the EPA was forced to remove protections from most of America's wetlands this week.

Harlan Crow's firm lobbied for the rollback while he secretly plied Justice Thomas with gifts.

Anyone see a problem here?

Look, we tried trickle-down economics for forty years. It simply didn’t work. The national debt exploded and nothing trickled-down, so now we move on.

Stimulating the economy from the bottom up is clearly more effective. A rising tide should life all boats, not just yachts.

For years, the media built up Elon Musk and got the public to buy into the myth of his genius. Now the truth of who he is can’t be hidden and changing how they cover Musk isn’t enough.

The media failed us. They not only need to inform the public about the harms of Musk’s empire, but change how they cover the entire tech industry so another grifter can’t replicate his rise. They owe us nothing less.
