The term "Luddite" has become synonymous with "technophobe" but that's not what the Luddites were about. They were a labour movement that fought to give workers control over the technology that was advancing without oversight and rapidly automating them out of their jobs.

"Luddite" as a pejorative was a technocrat PR coup.

Hosting Haley helpslaunder her image as the socially acceptable/sane GOP candidate.

She’s not. She’s an opportunist who gladly served in Trump’s administration and gladly accepted millions of dollars from right-wing billionaire and climate denial funder Charles Koch, a former John Bircher.

Her agenda reflects her backing. It’s radical and frankly, unpopular.

I don't know why people aren't making the point more to Republicans that US doesn't "give money to Ukraine." It gives money to US arms manufacturers to make and send arms to Ukraine. The money stays here.

I don't know what a Panpsychist is, but until their studies on the theoretical sentience of the currently recognized non-sentient is reviewed and verified by the greater scientific world vegans will have to go by modern scientific understanding regarding sentience, as that is the most advanced verified scientific perspective we have today.
