The hard coding is basic, just a few checks in a few places. It was easy to override with some coding knowledge.
RT @adamdriscoll@twitter.com: ConvertFrom-String: I want to love you but this happens all the time and IDK why.
LOL. That's so horrible, but it's funny.
RT @thurrott@twitter.com That moment where you have a back itch that's just a bit too far to reach over your shoulder, so you look around for something to use, pick a pair of scissors, and then proceed to stab yourself in the back.
Is something I've never done. Obviously.
Also, the itch is gone.

At least it's going to ... try and recover my progress?
In particular, word 2016.
are you kidding me? Trying to use my time wisely and get some stuff done between calls today, and here I have to deal with Office 2016 deciding that it's not going to respond. Really?

You know ... one of the things I love about being a part of #WHS/@StormlightTech? I get to help those who are less assertive than I grow into very strong individuals. that's always been something I've enjoyed; watching those younger than me find their place in the universe.
@LWFlouisa @nipos @freemo isn't it 500 characters by default on here? In that case, I take it then that there was some extra code modifications done over here.

Oh boy. One of those Fridays. I'm dead this morning, thanks to someone who unfortunately I can't mention because he doesn't have an account, and not only that, but after work, I technically have more work due to the fact that our project very rapidly became a full-on volunteer organization, I'm now actually showing the fact that the head of things. The head of a division, at least. It's not as great as everybody makes it out to be. LOL
@LWFlouisa @freemo I think as much as we'd love to, it's going to be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to replace all of the decentralized services. I would like to migrate all of my YouTube users over to here. However, I don't think I'm ever going to do that. After all, it would involve moving so many videos over here. And besides, how would anyone know to come here instead?

@cambridgeport90 @freemo Just to add, I'm puzzled why they wanted to use Pixelfed to replace instagram, and yet they haven't replaced Wattpad or Inkitt yet.
It seems like, with all the creative types here, Wattpad seemed, at least to me, the most logical choice for a centralized service to replace.

@LWFlouisa @freemo @nipos the big question. How did you guys implement the extended features on the server? Like the nearly unlimited number of characters of posts, for instance? That's pretty cool.
