Florida man outright attacks the First Amendment (again).
Obviously the bill is flagrantly unconstitutional, but that's also the point. DeSantis and pals are baiting an inevitable SCOTUS challenge in an attempt to overturn NY Times v. Sullivan.
This is why I'll probably never be an executive.
We were asked today how long a thing would take, and it was pointed out that the entire project has to be done by a certain future date, so we might want to work backwards from that.
I blatantly said that even if it turned out that we needed it by tomorrow by that calculation, we still wouldn't have it by tomorrow... 🫢

Phht yeah, I hate this argument. The only thing they "risk" is that they might possibly have to get a normal job like the rest of us. Or more likely, go back to Mom and Dad embarrassingly for more money.

I have a strong feeling these clowns are going to cause more bank runs in their attempt to pressure a government bailout by overplaying the impact SVB's collapse will have on society. In hindsight, having a client base consisting mostly of chronically online Silicon Valley VCs who majored and minored in causing twttr panics for no reason, was maybe not a good business model.
