Given the weaknesses of LLMs,¹ my thinking is that any scholarship based on such should come with internal data audits and links to raw data and all code used. So, at a minimum, you'd want to include a link to code like that above but with your prompts. Then you'd want to perform an audit on your parsed data (e.g., for a random sample of n, we found the parser performed as follows...).
