While I'm thinking about manels, a question for my #LawFedi friends:

When you attend a moderated panel (e.g., at a CLE program), the panelists are presented as experts. But what is your perception of the moderator? Do you assume they were picked because they are also an expert?

I believe i sound like a broken record. But please listen to those of us who have it, you do not want to risk to get #LongCOVID. It's a horrendous disease and the way we get treated by large parts of the medical establishment makes it much worse.

the pattern of ever escalating claims against trans women until they find one that sticks is alarming. if you see it, you'd better also see extra-ordinary evidence or i'm going to think you're a danger to others for buying into it.
