I use #midjourney to relax, almost like medi(t/c)ation.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to spoon out my eyes if I ever want ro sleep again.
The latest Mastodon update lets you follow hashtags. When you follow, posts with that tag appear in your timeline automatically.
For example, follow hashtag #Florespondence to make posts about flowers appear in your timeline.
This feature can be REALLY useful for discovering interesting accounts.
To follow a hashtag:
1. Log in through your server's website
2. Search for hashtag
3. Click it to see its results
4. Click on 👤+ icon in top right (click again to unfollow)
It's not on the apps yet.
Taking a break from #nanowrimo today (unless inspiration hits really hard!), And I have to admit it's relaxing. :) Will write all the more the next three days!

Babe, wake up, a new #JWST image just dropped.
Light from the protostar L1527 escapes above and below an edge-on protoplanetary disk (the dark line at the center of the image), creating an hourglass shape. This illuminates the cavities carved as ejected material from the star collides with the surrounding, dusty nebula.
Dust scatters shorter wavelengths of light, so blue areas are where the dust is thinner and orange areas are where the dust is more dense.

2 weeks ago: Wait. This does really cool things like let me edit posts. So genius. Is this free?
1 week ago: OMG! There's other apps! Now I know why there's a Fediverse!
Today: Comrades—let's fight for our freedom! Cast off the chains of Big Social!
Probably one of my favourite pictures I've taken on my phone! The best camera is the one you have on you :)
It's portrait, so please expand to see the whole thing!
Hey did y'all know that I've been hard at work writing a technical book for No Starch Press that teaches journalists and researchers how to investigate hacked and leaked datasets? It's called Hacks, Leaks, and Revelations, and it will be published some time next year https://nostarch.com/hacks-leaks-and-revelations
