and the fact that we are forced to compromise on sleep in order to fulfill duties to capitalism is an immense injustice and health risk.

lack of sleep obviously increases stress levels and therefore the risk for all kinds of diseases, but it also damages your brain on a cellular level because SLEEP MAINTAINS THE INTEGRITY OF YOUR BRAIN.

Lately, I took time to do a thing I should do more often: a painting of a character coming from one of my dear @Onirography 's book. For this time, I've chosen to illustrate Nuin, character of her novel "D'Hiver et d'Ombres" (I can invite you to check her website www.onirography.com to go deeper in her universe if you speak french, of course).
It's a main character I reaaaally loved and I hope you will do as well!
