For almost a decade irony has been dead in the USA.

Because it got to a point where it was impossible to tell what was satire or fun trolling and what was people who just really believed that stuff.

Consider "Flat Earthers" -- when I was in college they were funny. I honestly thought the whole thing was a big joke.

Thing is it's not a joke. And their bad cosmology is probably the most harmless kind of nonsense they spread.

I miss having the room for fun trolls.

This summer I saw a lot of good bugs on milkweed. One of the more well known milkweed enthusiasts that I got to see were the monarch butterflies. They’re iconic for a reason, I mean look at that proboscis! #InverteFest

Does anyone understand why wet roads reduce EV range so much (as much 20-30% in my experience)? Is it true of ICE cars are well and and I just never noticed because I don’t pay attention to range as much with gas? Or is there something different about EVs and wet roads?

You don't need exotic or rare birds to be a bird photographer. Keep it simple and look for everyday common birds, they are just as wonderful to photograph.

Here is a common Carrion Crow just walking down the footpath on the opposite side of the road to me whilst out with my dog today.
