- I’ve been told to act more like a white male colleague (WMC) if I wanted to be “seen” by leadership
- I had my proposals ignored or criticized then given to WMCs w/o my permission or knowledge
-I was coached on being too direct with staff then told to be more friendly like my WFCs if I wanted to move up

Brazilian authorities vowed Monday to protect democracy and punish thousands of supporters of ex-President Jair Bolsonaro who stormed & trashed seats of power in chaos with striking similarities to the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

The protesters swarmed into Congress, the Supreme Court and presidential palace on Sunday. Many have said they want the army to restore the far-right #Bolsonaro to power and oust newly inaugurated leftist Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.

Rioters donning the green & yellow of the national flag broke windows, toppled furniture, and destroyed office gear.

After his electoral defeat, Bolsonaro has stoked belief among hardcore supporters that the electronic voting system was prone to fraud — though he never presented any evidence.

It takes for granted that corporate control-freakery requires special exceptions for "buyers" of products they don't truly own -- and this deal maintains Deere's control in major ways.
