This was such a pretty, moody sunset sky after the rain had stopped and the sun peeked through before setting. No two sunsets are ever alike and I love the purples and blues in this unique sky. The cloud reflections in the bay waters made the scene twice as nice.

The crux was whether a plaintiff in federal court could satisfy due process by serving a complaint upon an anonymous class of defendants via a notice using a chat bot (which is what the CFTC did).

Looks like the judge told the CFTC to serve one of the known founders but now it’s up for a notice of default.

so just imagine if the GPL could simply be overridden by that, unilaterally, and the kind of devastation that would cause to open source as a whole

that's the position not just D&D, but all of TTRPG is in right now
