The only thing that works for me is stop the side eating. No happymaker like haribo, chocolate and stuff like that.
And only one meal a day.
People are different :D

As for the sauce I seriously only take curry pulver, ketchup and curry ketchup and pour a small glas of water over it, let it reduce and voila. The sauce has carbs though. Lot's :D
