I've been working on this sketch while waiting to hear back about job stuff.

I usually do all my sketching and planning digitally. It's not easy to get professional quality art supplies where I live. Buying online is also not much of an option due to very high shipping rates (I'm on an island). So I tend to save my precious paints and paper for finished pieces!

@divbyzero The aperiodic 'hat' tiling seems to have a four-colouring where all the 'flipped' tiles have the same colour (and the flipped tiles are the only one with this colour).

I just tried this, I don't have a proof.

Even more amazing, when I was trying it I never had to make any choices after the first four colours. My moves were always forced. So it seems like this is a special and unique tiling. Amazing!

What was the name of Columbo's Bassett Hound? Fido, Beethoven, Dog, or Wilson.

The name was - Dog! Columbo mentioned he could never come up with a name, so he just called him Dog. Throughout the series, many dogs played Dog. Falk was against the idea at first. He thought the character had enough gimmicks between the raincoat, cigar, and car. However, he quickly warmed to the idea, as he was a true dog lover.
The first dog to play Dog was named Henry.
