So I had this absurd idea to go to our summer house in rural sweden by train and busses in October.

Looks like I can book the train directly via the swedish railway as there are nighttrains from hamburg.

The last few miles are the most critical but there's an on demand bus service going I didn't know about that runs the whole day.

This might be absolutely feasible if very exhausting, but that's true for the car ride as well.

Price wise it might be a tad cheaper than by car if going solo.
