@snow Took me some processing to Decode your message.

Then it clicks. yes.

They are NOT the same -- the blue human silhouette represents a Follow relationship (in this case, you are following, the X marks a unfollow option).

The icon on the Left, similar to the wifi symbol -- that's the "Subscribe" option I mentioned to you in an earlier post - and which so many on the fedi opinionated crowd fround irritating (even if all it shows is PUBLIC posts, nothing else, not even Followers only posts).

so, two icons for two distinct functions. 😺

Original artwork (using a Coca-Cola vintage ad nurse figure) and a cool Outdoors poster mockup.

@SecondJon A vote in opposition to one candidate, considering the show we had for these past 3.5 years, very understandable. 😃

@whyro Good to hear that! 😃

We in the mod team end up having to mop up and calm people in other instances even, if there's something that people find offensive somehow. Welcome, and enjoy your stay.

@k11m1 Oh, that's neat. Ideal when someone has been using Slowly for a while, better chance of them staying around. 😄

I am a bit afraid of a recent crowd influx, people who saw some post about it and joined, without knowing exactly what the app is; some won't stay around long, I have already seen people mentioning that on Reddit.

It's a pity when you have a nice correspondent and all of a sudden they disappear altogether. Been there, had that happen, a few times; always disappointing.

Better Together.

And for #slowly app users who like to collect and see cool Stamps, this Wiki page has a tremendous list, with images and info. Neat!

Example is a newly released Japanese stamp. #xp

https://slowly.fandom.com/wiki/List_of_stamps_on_slowly

#Slowly app users, here's a VERY uncommon stamp. Had never seen it until this morning.

An Award stamp, only ONE per day is given out, between the million or so active users active that day.

#xp Slowly is for #writers #penpals #friendship

@SecondJon Those Judges really take contempt of their authority quite seriously.

She got the fine and the jail time (a heavy punishment) mainly for refusing to back down and apologizing to His Honour, the presiding judge, whose cease and desist order she had violated.
