Hey ecommerce sites that let people sign up for emails. You know, if I sign up, I liked your product a lot. But you really *don't* need to send an email every day. I'm not buying something every single day.

The Enterprise is holding station in neutral territory in the vicinity of MOMA-6, mediating a
dispute between two rival civilizations.

The dispute appears to be centered an admittedly beautiful dwarf star, named in both languages after a goddess figure, “Thedress”. Both civilizations have come to devastating blows in disagreement over the dwarf's spectral data, and as a neutral party, we will be dispatching probes to settle the matter once and for all.

Long shot time! I’m trying to find a way of burning a Flash Boy (Game Boy flash cart) without spending 40 quid on a burner. Foolishly, I ordered one off the internet, assuming it would have a USB port. It doesn’t.

Ideally, this post will somehow find its way to someone near London or Manchester who has a burner and could burn LSDJ to the cart for me. Or, someone in the UK who I could post it to. Boost boost boost let’s see if this’ll work!

A couple of quick thoughts about Twitter.

I still have my account there but the site is now worse than ever.

Partly this is Musk.

And partly it is because many now just use it to criticise others also on there, without saying anything that interesting outside of the platform.

Twitter is dying - though it may take time to die.

I am thereby working on my Mastodon, Substack and LinkedIn social media accounts, as alternatives.

Time for new adventures.
