in any case i think things need to be called out as what they are, lies and diffamation campaigns. this bullshit in the name of equality and justice is getting out of hand.

As for accepting accolades from antisemites, I dont know who you mean, but have you considered I might simply have no idea that someone was an antisemite. I mean for christs sake I specifically moved to Israel to save the lives of the jews (and others) who live here.... im hardly supporting of antisemites.
In dallases defense (Yea I defend my enemies, go figure).. they didnt know all they.. they heard some out of context lie from someone and ran with it and blocked so quick they never had the chance to hear the full truth... Their issue is with ignorance and refusal to fact check more so than anything else.

No it was **deliberrattely** taken out of context.. They refused to include in the screenshot the messages leading up to it that would have made my statement quite clear and instead intentionally took it out of context in an attempt to give an impression contrary to what was clearly communicated.
That is a lie as far as I'm concerned.
I'm blocked so I cantt correct Rich... but who is going to tell him that he is lieing (or misinformed).
We have clear rules about child porn as is shown below. I was asked but someone about it and at the time we had never had to address it so I mentioned tthe moderators would need to vote to get it added to our rules.. moments later we voted and added it... Naturally the person lied and posted out of context about the vote and never bothered to let people know we updated our rules moments later.
As to his comment about kiwifarms.. lets be clear. I saw a list on a website whose domain name was not associated with kiwifarms as far as I knew.. it just so happened that list was generated using a tool that happened to be written by kiwifarms... obviously I didnt know this.
This shit is getting absurd...
LRT etc. The admin of QOTO uses kiwifarms tools and says whether he'd block instances with CSAM would have to be decided "democratically". Everyone...
Its not like i promoted the tool or had any clue it had a connection with kiwifarms...
You must see the absurdity in expecting someone to know tthe affiiliation of everyone who touched a piece of code that just happened to generate a list that happened to be shared with me.
The real question is.. who is going to tell Rich about the facts in the matter, sinc eI clearly can not? OR we just going to let these lies spread?

You ever think thats because the person who screenshotted that intentionally took it out of context and left out the part where I made it quite clear that wasnt the case? And also might have left out the fact that moments later i came back and told him it was now added to the rules?
Hachyderm blocked us because of itt... maybe someone (you?) should enlighten them rather than letting lies like this spread?
and to be clear the vote is among moderators, only because our rules can only be updatted by moderator vote...
More over, the fact that i used a web page that happened to use a tool that was authored by a kiwifarms user is unfortunate.. but that was completely unknown to me. It was a list sitting on a website somewhere, I didn't think much of it.
With red meat the whole center temperature thing doesnt apply, particularly if you like it rare.. but yea for chicken that is a must

@freemo So much of this is just silly, and I’m sorry you’re having to deal with it. I’m not going to be defederating from instances that have thoughtful moderation policies that do their best to enforce them, I can tell you that. I’ll recommend Qoto too.

@accessiblestef Perhaps I misunderstood what that hashtag was used for. I was under the impression it was used to show yoru support of LGBTQ... if its for the disabled, while i do support them, it is not relevant here you are right.
