This particular rabbit hole doesnt go too deep. I did find the two saying to have an interesting combined meaning... Something like "You can try to help someone, but if you do try not to judge them too hard or else you may not wind up helping them at all". That said i wasnt really expecting people to see that part of the message ;)

Indeed. This sounds like you use fedilab or one of the clients that has a bug that that cuases rate limit errors. I looked into it once before and had nothing to do with qoto.

That said i cant say if that is the case here but rate limit errors are usually client side issues, i coukd have investigated.
