@freemo I'm not a country fan anymore but me and many other people have a term we call "9/11 country".
Before 9/11, country was basically about running from the law, drinking a shitload, smoking grass, or your woman got out of town for good and took all the valuable shit out of the house with her.
After 9/11, it basically turned into war and tyrannical police state propaganda.
I think that's one of the reasons Hootie took off, he was one of the guys that restarted "good times" country.

Testing out some modifications on my 10mm Kimber M1911... Would like everyones thoughts. Attached is the before and after. I added bronze grip screws and a bronze muzzle brake. The muzzle brake is supposed to be functional but im skeptical if it does anything (It wasnt super expensive)... thoughts.
I was never much of a country fan, but my god 911 really upped the fascism ante.
I guess so, that and a wildly successful career, amazing friends, tens of thousands of followers, several successful businesses under my belt, several published scientific papers, and quite a few discoveries and accomplishments I wont bother to go into... yea I think ill be fine.
@rbreich Probably because, not only do most policies wind up doing more harm than good because they are poorly structured. But more importantly they tend to be far more expensive than they need to do due to waste. Most of us see our tax money burn up into nothingness and arent very comfortable giving our government more to burn.
To contrast this I also live in the Netherlands and I am more than happy to pay the taxes there because they are well spent.
So I decided to stich together my own 3-point sling from scratch... I wanted one custom fitted so it has less excess nylon webbing... this should be interesting.

Palestinians were living there as a peace nomadic people, clean, minimal cities, etc. They had outnumbered the jews in the state for many decades and many there were proud of the many generations they have lived there.

I'm planning on making a comeback. The summary is that my immune system is trash. I've "accepted" that my life will never be normal and pain is part of it, attempting to numb it only makes things worse. The mind pills my psychiatrist prescribed were definitely fucking me up real bad and causing super negative suicidal thoughts so I'm staying far away from any mind altering drugs.
No more LSD, amphetamines, psilocybin, DMT, Ritalin, alcohol or antidepressants. Fuck all of that. From now on, meditation and exercise only. Accept suffering. Work with what I got.

Sorta, depends what and when you mean seized. If you are talki g about being taken from the jews 2000 years ago, sure... in modern times, no, there was no significant population of jews in israel for a very long time before ww2.
To out it in perpsective in the decades leading up to ww2 israel had 10x more palestinians (arabics) than jews.

Im not sure they ever knew to be honest... israel is foubded on the very idea that genocide is justice. Thry never wanted a country that served its people, because it cant even define its people in a way that isnt wrong from thr get go.
I disagrewe with the analysis.. Teh cronies heading up judicial review want absolute final power... the cronies that make up their parliment likewise want absolute power.
BOTH solutions are a failure as they wind up with one side having the final say and still no constitution... They should be arguing for a constitution, anything less is just corruption from 2 different ends.
