@LouisIngenthron I have only ever seen this older style wiring in pictures. Knob and tube wiring is really my favorite old-school asthetic. At least when its done right. It can also be crazy ugly though.
Fair, I have seen a few historic houses like that but in my expiernce that is rare. Most homes, even the old ones, are at least partly modernized.
The old style wiring, while more dangerous, is actually something I always wanted just for the asthetic of it, but in practice it doesnt make sense.

If there is one thing that is clear int he israli-Palestinian conflict its that there ar eno good guys on either side with a gun. The only good guys in any of this are the massive number of Palestinian casualties and the small handful (comparably) of Israeli hostages..

Around a corner your supposed to tuck in your fire arm, clear the corner, then extend your arm once the entrance is cleared.

I guess when you make excuses like that you can justify any sort of genocide you want... we can literally just flatten all the hospitals (most of which they already did). Guess what, when your the good guys you are expected to play by different rules, when you dont, you arent the good guys.

I love the cold. I will wear shorts in the snow :) So yea im not typical in that regard either.
But yea it is pretty nice. I have a long distance gf now so i travel often to see her for months on end. I must admit, getting used to wearing clothes is a bit of a transition :)
If there is one thing that I learned from TV is that you can survive a fall from any height so long as someone catches you at the bottom.
@levisan This is probably TMI but i literally dont close any doors in my home except for AC reasons, and am almost never fully clothed when in my home since I literally have no motivation to get dressed :)

No its more about the areas where tech matters, insulation, windows, fire safety, computer controlled tech, safety in wiring, etc etc.

The MAGA side in particular is just ripe for someone who can duplicate Trump's jousting with the media, while avoiding Trump's stupid statements that get him in trouble.

I was under the assumption that Dem-leaning voters would either sit out or vote third party. I voted for HRC knowing she could lose and received the toxic behavior from VBNMW. I live in CT and so won't be swinging my state's ECVs by voting for 3rd party, will still get the same abrasive treatment for being a crypto-Trump supporter as I did when I voted for the Dem nom in '16 as I get for voting for the Greens.
Lesson needed to be learnt:
