I have a similar, but I feel better, solution in the works.. I already have a writeup on it and several people on board. It will not be centralized but is in a similar vein.

It is made in a few places and requires editing the source code directly.. its been a while so I'd have to find it again.

@jsoriano I notice its only cooler where the moss/grass is actually at, the surrounding pavement temperature isnt much cooler past about an inch away... So what im hearing is we would have to replace the pavement with grass... That would be nice but a maintaince nightmare sadl;y.

Extreme advocations of murder is hate speech... logical things arent.

Lets stick to examples that arent easily classified if we want to make that point, I agree, there are some areas that might need debate... but most of the time its pretty cut and dry, I rarely see subtle people on the internet :)
