@JonKramer Ignoring their actual performance and assuming their skin color gives them better odds despite their history to the contrary is absolutely horrible logic.

"Yea the guy might literally be hitler and killed off an entire race of people, but he is also 1/4 cheroke so lets elect him anyway, odds are he will be good on civil rights!"

@JonKramer And how does picking a piggot with melanin fix that problem? Again I wouldnt care if these were top choices, they arent.

@JonKramer By that logic the smallest minorities need to have the largest perportional representation... We need more eskimos in congress!!!

Racial politics is always a failure, the only solution is to stop giving merit points to people for their race.

@JonKramer

Well I am not history... we dont fix history by doing the same racism against new people... We fix the problem by not picking people by race, by not judging people (merits or failing) by race... When nearly all of your picks consist of the 13% of the population that is black you've screwed up, no two ways about it. Doubly so when those picks have horrific history wrt their stance on various issues.

@JonKramer Also for the record the US congress matches the % of white people in the population rather well.. Both the general population, and the senate, are 75% white. So the idea that there arent enough minorities isnt true either.

@JonKramer

I have quite often complained about appointing a slate of white men.

That said, if they were good picks and clearly the top priority was ability, not race, then I wouldnt care what race they are... But when you do things like pick a VP because she is a black woman AND has a horrible track record supporting bills harmful to women, then yea we have a problem them.. Assuming someone will be better with social justice simply for being a rich black person is just idiotic.

Without even looking I can already guess he just looked down a list and picked anyone who was a minority... for an pro-segregationist he really has the community buying his pandering.... unsurprisingly his tactic works.

When i saw his VP pick, Kamala with a horrific history **against** women and blacks I already knew his game... just more confirmation.

I guess his top priority is just covering up his pro-segregation past... seems to work.

Senate Democrats confirmed some fantastic civil rights champions and cabinet picks this past week, ICYMI. Having a President who makes picks like t...

@healyn

I agree, its similarly unbecoming for an adult to use the word "woke" in pretty much any context.

@PBruce

That seems very ignorant of how religion indoctrination works... Almost everyone tends to be the same religion as their parents. When you are exposed to that at such a early age its not even a choice for most.

@NMBA

@torparskytt Yea I am very thankful to be in a shall-issue state... open carry outside of the city doesnt even need a license... but to conceal or carry open or concealed int he city you do need one. So I have one.

@skobkin No its worth it. A supressor would be an excellent addition... I just havent had the time yet to get one... so if/when i get one its a ways away.

@ThatWouldBeTelling

With my HK VP9 I would not run a level-3 with front button unlock. The only safety it has is a trigger safety, and that is almost like no safety at all.

@mandlebro

@skobkin Yes but it takes like 6 months to get approval for one and costs 200$ for the stamp.

@impooortant

The Israeli mafia. I publicly became a whistleblower over in Israel against the mafia when I found out they were involved in a company I took over management of.

Before I spoke up they sent one of their guys to "talk" to me where I was physically assaulted and told they would kill me and my family if I went public. I immediately went public that day and fled the country. I continue to work with authorities remotely.

Once I got home I reported to the FBI and border security. They told me flat out they probably couldnt protect me and if they did anything id be dead long before they would respond... They urged me to arm myself and even used their power as the FBI to rush my conceal carry permit.

So in short, I bought the guns for very real self protection.

@impooortant

Really simple.. just ask rather than rushing to a judgement based on ignorance. If you bothered to ask I would have been happy to explain.

@impooortant Nah, you've made no attempt at understanding the situation... if that were the case you'd make sure you were informed enough to even make a judgement.. your not, because that small dick energy is all you and your projecting.
