@MisuseCase

Which to my point, then you shouldnt be looking locally. You should be looking in areas where there is no local crisis. Showing it isnt a qty issue, you have options just not options that match what you want (something in a specific area).

@knittingknots2

@MisuseCase

You have no clue what my idea of the problem actually is, you didnt ask. But it isnt qty, yes they exist.

Now saying "they arent where the jobs are" that at least gets closer to an aspect of the problem. But that also is in line with what I said, it isnt a quantity issue.

@knittingknots2

@MisuseCase

Right we arent talking about the places that arent for rent that are abandoned. I'm talking about actual homes up to code, more than enough for rent to cover all homeless people several times over. It isnt a quantity issue.

@knittingknots2

@MisuseCase

No, In fact there are more houses currently open for rent then there are homeless people in the USA. So we know for a fact the issue isnt that there arent enough homes.

Journalism **shouldnt** make money. If you make money you loose journalistic integrity as your goal is to maximize profits, not facts.

The only way you can have journalistic integrity is if you have no obligation other than the objective truth. Trying to be popular is what ruined journalism.

@timkmak

Awww how cute, they think they have real elections in russia :)

@knittingknots2 Great indicator and proof that most people are irresponsible with their spending and tend to rent places outside of their means.

This isnt a graphic showing rent is too high, its a graphic showing people are irresponsibly spending their money by signing onto rent deals they cant afford.

@FeralRobots

Ok. Thanks for the toxicity. Bang up job defending the cause you got going there.

@FeralRobots

And yet when i quote tooted the responses everyone who responded to that both understood my original message fine and generally agreed with me.

Its almost like it has more to do with inherent biases in the two different audiences than lack of clarity in what I stated.

I stated the numbers were incorrect, nothing more nothing less. If you cant understand that rather simple and straight forward message, and instead hear fantasies of things I never even suggested, thatson you.

@DemocracyMattersALot

President Biden's net worth is about 10 million. Funny how democrats only care about someone being rich when its not them.

@lizstl13

Umm, I am a published Data Scientist. that is literally what I do for a living...

@cturnbow @FeralRobots

@lizstl13

Simple, because they literally say it in the study itself, which I went through all the trouble to quote.

> Oh wise one, please explain, in your infinite wisdom, how you know numbers prepared by professionals and peer reviewed, are wildly inaccurate.

> So far, all we’ve gotten from you are wild accusations.

No, you also got an actual quote direct from the study backing up what I said.

@cturnbow @FeralRobots

@cturnbow

The pleasure is all mine.

Next time try not to attack people who actually support your views simply for wanting accurate information, it will get you farther.

@FeralRobots @lizstl13

@cturnbow

No it doesnt miss the point... I stated and agreed with the point at the same time I correced the number as grossly inaccurate. The point was literally explicitly recognized.

Please stop wasting my time trying to justify misinformation, correct your numbers, use accurate ones, and keep on making the point, like any honest person should.

I'm done with you.

@FeralRobots @lizstl13

@cturnbow

Lol yea i guess your right, who cares if our numbers are correct, all that matters is if it makes us loom like we are right. My mistake.
