I'm eating a pack of nuts labeled "hot and spicy" and every time i take a bite I'm just like "isnt that a bit redundant"!
Until recently it hadnt crossed my mind the negative impact facemasks have had ont he deaf community, many of whom rely on lip reading to communicate. This epidemic has been devistating to their ability to function.
I am really glad someone brought this to my attention and to see there are solutions out there. Though sadly with difficulty even obtaining regular face masks this isnt likely to become common place for a very long time, if ever. But awareness is the first step
today I started a Keto diet.. already regretting it and im not even an hour in... I want a sandwhich!
Conspiracy theorists really shouldn't even need to try in today's world... there is plenty of real shit, no need to make up ridiculous stuff too.

Man, having to boil an egg was the worst. Once I actually tried just boiling up a bunch and freezing them all to save for later, but the consistency wasn't right and they would just fall apart.

Today was the first walk in the nature with friends after the long lockdown. I felt quite depressed lately, I was psychologically proved, but a single day around made my mood so much better!
I'll post some pictures to make you part of it, #plants #animals and #ecology
The habitat was either #mediterranean forest, dominated by Quercus ilex with some human planted pines, or sand dune #habitat, which is a beautiful and fragile ecosystem that I think should deserve more attention.

I'm convinced at this point that the DNC is intentionally trying to throw the election. There is no way they could seriously have picked this bad of a canddiate and think they stood a chance.
I still keep hoping a third party canddiate comes along worth voting for. As much as a long shot as that is its the only way I could see Trump potentially loosing the election.
As it stands right now Trump, sadly, has already won.

This is the first I've heard of any of this, but it really looks bad on Dr Stefan Lanka to promote such ideas to gullible people, who will then behave in ways that place them at risk of some pretty nasty diseases because "viruses do not exist".
I stopped there, but it would not surprise me to read that Dr Lanka sells supplements or gives seminars ... in other words, that he has a financial stake in having people believe this nonsense.
