🎓 Dr. Freemo 🇳🇱 @freemo@social.cleverlibre.org

I made an AI image of "Darth Vader as a construction worker" and I can't stop laughing how it made his helmet into a hard hat.

Following some great advice given here: my bio in hashtags. Hope it’ll help connect with the right crowds!

@nullifidian @freemo human beings are amazing creatures. He can create a business that makes spaceships that land like science fiction crafts yet can't resist the urge to keep quiet and instead chooses to shoot his own foot multiple times.

The aliens must be fascinated by us ;)

@freemo don’t worry doc. You are doing very well

@freemo Please feel free to ignore.

Not sure if i am doing it right here, but i felt good coming on and then some fatigue, so i wanted to relate this.

Wanted to let you know that not responding is absolutely ok, since we all need a moment to rest sometimes.

@freemo @burtawicz
I broke our in-house implementation once in a production environment in front of a customer.

When asked if I was going to fix it - I politely said I could, but didn't have the authority to do so(and this gave a brief explanation <2min on how to do it).

Since then, I've been given clearance to do so- but not the compensation.

@burtawicz I wrote software in python that can successfully predict if you have COVID or not with over 91% accuracy simply from breathing into a machine :)

"There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory mentioned, which states that this has already happened." (Doug Adams)

Hey world, please tell me your cool stories about writing #python 🐍

Has anyone here contemplated using Roblox for work?

I manage remote software development teams who have never met face to face and I find that bringing people out of their shells is difficult, and activities like icebreakers can be invaluable for this.

Roblox games are very varied and the platform seems very flexible. And it got me thinking that maybe these icebreaker activities can be gamified. Imagine a Roblox game being used to estimate stories for a sprint for instance.

Anyway, does anyone know of anyone who has done this? I'd love to know how they found it.

So, introduction post... eeek!

I've starting my migration over from the failing bird app to look for a platform to continue keeping up-to-date with like minded folk. I tend to enjoy learning from others in the field and will often post things acute med, obs med or leadership in medicine related.

Anyone got the hang of this app yet? It's going to take a while #medmastadon

Going to #mastodon whirl over the next month or so, see how we go.
Live #trööt a couple of #miami #dolphins games, try and cover some news, what I can as a #dolfan from the 🇬🇧 #finsup

If that goes well, mix in some #worldcup talk, start by covering #England #fa games. If things are going well, some #epl #premierleague talk and finally some #playstation talk

Let's go

@freemo “In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.”

Nudge, nudge ^-^
