Since the first of this month I've been riding TQQQ stock (a 3x leveraged stocked on Nasdaq index) with a 2x leverage of my own. While 2/3rds of my liquid investments over all are crypto right now the other 1/3 is all in TQQQ and I've made a whopping 25% gain on that portion alone in 10 days.

Today was a bit of a ride though, it started by dipping and wobbling but by the end of the day I made another 5% today alone. But it really made a nice run to the top in the last half hour of the day.

Nowhere to go but up with COVID dwindling, going to ride that TQQQ wave for a few months at least I hope.

@zure In my underwear with Toto's "Africa" playing on full blast in the background.

I got a lovely piece of fresh wild salmon today, skin and all... Looking forward to dinner tonight. Gotta love those healthy juicy fats only salmon can give you

@freemo Maybe they sell a shitton of flippers? (in multiples of 8)

I am looking around at some SCUBA options and on google maps looking at St. Maarten. Apparently there is a store called "Octopus Diving & Snorkling" and I am just sitting here thing, what sorts of things do octopus need to buy to go snorkling?

I was filling out a form today and there was a blank spot just labled "Race: _____" and I put "not often"

Does anyone else constantly wish for access to actuarial tables for everything?

What are my chances of getting Lyme disease if I go hiking 6x / month in the summer in CT? How dangerous is a motorcycle vs. bike vs. car?

I need a microcovid.org, but for everything.

A picture of my home Organic Chemistry lab I took about 8 years ago. Its really not hard to set up a home lab, and you can buy all the fancy stuff as you go if you want, but you can do a lot with even a basic setup.

@tripu I just added qoto.org as a verified site for brave rewards. It was relatively simple to do.

@freemo I have been using for a couple of months now. I am more interested in contributing with micropayments to sites and services I enjoy, than in blocking ads better ( usually does a good enough job for me). I'm also following $BAT and hodling a bit.

I think I am about to officially more from Chrome browser to Brave browser.

Whenever my ad block software didnt cut it for some reason I tried the same page in Brave and every single time it seems to have managed to block the ads. It even blocks the popups that say "please disable your ad blocker" as well as the paywall on a lot of news sites. Not sure why but Brave is the only solution I've seen that is this effective. It is more than enough to convince me to make the switch.

Man I gorged myself on sushi. Luckily only the relatively healthy stuff, none of the fried ones, but man I'm stuffed to the gills. Feels good though, overeating on super healthy food is a good compromise once in a while.

I hope whoever wrote the script for the Highlander 2 movie is ashamed of himself.
