I give people time and I thnk that's the difference to others online who really don't have or give time and give up on people really easy... (don't mean to be competitive, no put-downs, just I more dedicate time to others and weave us together).

I help people create audio / edit educational audio / podcast / music / visual short videos / transcript text
+ I like to add a bit humour while being quite strict in my own politics (opinions) but open / inviting for others to tell me what I should do if they can explain more than just a short comment (I don't mind it's healthy for me at least if you have logic and can stand yourself explaining).
FreeSchool is about Learning towards Freedom (which is about Uniting everyone slowly, even "1 by 1"... Easy with The Fediverse!
Not virtue signalling here only, but practise of EVERYTHING as we go. Judged by getting in contact (many have) and having courage to communicate (or seeking it from others is ok, EVERYONE needs a bit of courage or hand-holding to make big personal changes). Who else is there for example if family doesn't understand?
Learning and watching can be good and staying out of people's way, BUT better is doing something every day and helping each other with some tough decisions / lessons... and then being bold enough to do them. 1... 2... 3 that is all that's needed.

I'm usually impressed with my media gallery as I work on posts a lot usually or hit the "Aha!" moments and capture it (other people may forget it for years, not me!).
Freedom is about *making it work together* better like using #Mastodon on the #Fediverse daily for better platforms with more #bestpractices and 'best' people to help us which I kind of collect here and

There's no buy-in solution - we have to make it with selotape or whatever we have - it's not shameful to bring whatever you have.

Naturally you will hesitate if someone is sure of themself or ok standing on shoulders what we copy do the best from humbly but not too sterile either.
Based on just emotions ruins almost everything, which seems very common - very ungraceful - so don't disconnect... do it gracefully at least!

Even a bad answer you can take best from (of course I won't know all your situation when I suggest something but I don't need to answer 100% - you also need to help me!).

Each one can put a different face on the work being done by those under...
Each hierarchy can fudge things and the outermost leader / face has most influence or total influence.
Despite any good under hierachy (like working in a hispital) can just lead to the same slavery / devaluation (they should get much more for # of hrs x so msny skill sets.
Tight cintrol points ir very strict high ranks ( dictator / autocracy / matriarch / tyrant ) will make a mockery of any good or 'greenwash' it.
So even nice workers can work under tyrants without even knowing it.
Commonly this is by using numbers against others (fudging the accounts or by counting numbers wrongly / deliberately or using MANY business techniques). Or just not pay tax as a business with head office / admin abroad.
All while others have no idea and are oblivious / busy / not even concerned or getting poor with banks DUH!!)...
THIS DUH is including you sometimes.
It is a lot to consider but very dimple to decide thise ways are wrong and create you're own direction or path...by undoing some of what is installed and seeing each techniques will last between us (love care paddion) so even if we can accept the overall layer of government and dont fight WE (TRY)CREATE SOMETHING ELSE
Following state and it's companies are part of this 'things inside things' that leads only to more of the same (problems). Even if you think it's solving this for you or you have 'welfare' system it's not well, fare! And scamming you all the while is not reassuring this are being taken care of... you / we as individuals have to do it...

Anti-Science rant - Feeding power and profit etc... can it be balanced?
Who are these 'characters' pictured?
Backed by banks, it's not all the fault of sciences and professionals ( government-backed people) in their field, to understand it's often the wrong hole they are supported to dig / invent.
And otherwise like many arts or more direct humanitarian arts it would be left without funding and crawling on streets as poor artists have been for generations even the greats selling their work for a penny or not being funded until they saw the war potential.
So i appreciate you might be left unfed today and not given space but largely doesn't feel right .
Just humanity I guess: "Only pay those that will fight" from the baddie in Noah (2019 I think).
REASONS
Sciences are largely cold and calculated (Structuraism - see recent posts) and more often in the non-human spectrum / Materialism).
I guess it's hard telling people to build bridges in the mind and no more physical ones for governments to aggressively take more land (main usage of bridges I guess)
Not actually improving human brains towards others is the main thing here though despite any generalist comments.
Materialistic physical and eventually arbitrary stuff in the wrong hands (government) is just not a good result as we see.

I didn't hear any big counterpoints to this on a science server which probably should be more interested but maybe sees the main aim of incrementing everything to the max and 'efficency' while losing the plot in sapience/reasoning for humanity .. no good having super efficiency in 1 thing AT COST of all other things.
While I acknowledge 'all this wouldn't be possible', also my counterpoint would be 'not without much of all 'that' crap and suffering too (military/banks/land mining/spying/oppression/peoples powrr struggles with fireigners/all the fuckups)
So even if i think we would evolve some things with less of the sciences (given even more time) I might still also say balancing all this is a major task more than just blaming the colder science
The race for arms and it's ignorant/narrow-minded inventors being used for creating mini-atom bombs or mechanisms they know/don't see will get used against others as a component inside other bad 'vehicles' of government and parts switched... so responsibility is both sides. But we know EVERYTHING TODAY IS MORE USED/ABUSE FASTER THAN EVER so I think good if you think about that before running down rabbit holes to make clever stuff for massive use and leverage later.
I appreciate this is a bit attacking but you boys are just too good at what you do (not just those pictured) otherwise perhaps ignorantly I too would overlook you're art. But as you can see from my crazy profile, I am into everything and value/respect people's improvements and mental mindset above just toys and dubious progress. Past the entry level ability to do things a lot is 'over-kill'.
You might not even see it but it's happening in the background like mobiles using to mine people.
Put me back on a modem anytime... And give me more humanity and humane people!

Always comes back to retracting your labour (slowly or suddenly) as one of few real ways to take back power / really protest / put spanner in the works...
*it's not easy surviving but knowing they set it up that way and it doesn't end at poverty (and it gets worse) means looking at other ways *without* the rich or banks involved who don't care frankly.
