Purely my thing based on having healthy teeth doing this all my life...

Normal brushing then mouthwash with that toothpaste after. This submerges teeth / washes your teeth and get to the places even flossing can't get (many more bits come out after 5 / mins of sitting in front of screen with mouth washing going on!)
If toothpaste protects teeth somewhat, penetrates somewhat and gets to hard to reach areas... BINGO - DON'T SPIT OUT... PLAY WITH IT A BIT MORE!

(what you have used after brushing do not spit out)

I think this beat flossing and those plastic things because eventually submerging, pushing with big pressure in cheeks is a delightful car wash for teeth... one day I'll add a picture but for now just letting a secret out there - call it dental hygiene or preservation :)
And don't ask what my record is for holding it I've broken in many times past the 10min mark! And doing it now while writing this :)

Much like any word (and without confusing it with really the bad sides of it) advertising can also be a useful and innocent self-interest shared with others.
Zooming out a bit all this and other tools have roots quite rightly work in how they work and stay around for good sub-reasons (not just monopoly etc)... people want to be told, suggested, algorithm, have work done for them, stats tracked (for own purposes like Mastodon in future I hope like mini-blogging did with safe plugins) and generally be in an eco-system of 'oh yeah yeah me too, project oh yeah me too, ok choices shit this is great'.... however we are the one's shunning even the word and not doing out own version of it properly...
so if you don't want this type of advertising... what is there on the free software or in terms of jobs or even small things people can do that achieves similar things.... and I do believe we want for it and if it existed for the those opposite the dark side I'm sure people wouldn't reject it / could have it switchable to on or off.
But now 0 or very little compared to the bad type of advertising or even just own thing... and really as a mass learning we just need to take EXACTLY the same processes and existing things and simply emulate it (like Ubuntu instead of Windows, or reflashing anything,.... yes bad... but then good, strip it, patch it etc).
I think this would be better than complaining (not you but just as focus,, making the doing our own thing the 'thing)...

again I came full circle to realising 'yeah they are bad' but 'man are we shit, really shit' so let's not focus on them too hard but their practices AND THEN HACK THE SHIT OUT OF IT... really copy the dynamic so at least people are watching OSS education, feeding, listening to free software and back again until they puck... else it's just hollywood FTW stealing our time, eyes and ears...

Our own internal advertising even if it's lists. logos or banners on a screen, whatever, bring a webring back if you much! (choose your level I hope haven't offended in mentioning)... just we're pretty crap in our imagination and starving ourselves being good, and I don't men money I mean real contact and friendship while we get shafted in other ways... really we just COPY and humans do best and excel in that.
I got more to say and think I can do it with just the will power of a few... (audio chat welcome to get out of text-only machine comms)

but really we need detest things so much we don't use half those tools any more or even humans to get the fun and job done more warmly and not need to look over to the over side constantly to blame the other side... we also leave it to them and expect what, something open source lol? Let them be, make your own thing.

Well I'm on this so we can only but increment it - lots of way and plenty for complainers to enjoy in revenge!

Renting sometimes saves the hassle of owning. Owning is not great either. You still have to pay groundrent or whatever (like a house to state for the same ground!). So owning isn't everything.

In this case renting or owning can be both unwanted. That's the problem of these logics you start playing off one against the other, mix a bit weaponry and voila, you lost track, thinking about how much thigns buy you... this economy priced against another less economy, losing the whole point and focus initially into guess what... money again. Sort of worse than having less...
Something that loses value, devalues for all, is methmatical debt / negatives and virtual layers of economics - a real wasteful heatloss of a material that State swallows up gladly fom sweat pourned in and % it takes.

Tangential but mention rent or paying for things will involve all this mentality and traps (a war to start with that will find peace sooner once THAT is sorted sooner!). I understand though people don't want peace when they rule with money by default despite any typical arguments for it or what is siphons and extracts from humanity infinitely.

So far your frequency is shining as a strong point (nevermind it's in other things than I'm dealing with now but it all come around again for things in the mind)
I have to ever make a point to 'downvote' games anything other than a small break or tactical reset for brain - addictions mostly which I consider part of life but towards rebuilding and reconstructing life is what I see as better and really honestly I think it's being sucked in if honest with one's self + the army games much as I can appreciate a tank. Enough of that (without politically loading it, just every other game is about that).
So just saying... and welcome you're other 50% or relating to my pages :D Again not looking to even watch more youtube, install more this, that and the other we gotta get out of the all-you-can-eat loops and create our own world a bit more... hope I've said it politely and usually there is a bit of self-interest (such as using your time and frequency in posting) but in general I know people cut it cold one day and realised what they hell was I doing or really add up the amount of times it might leave us in not so good mood / empty at switch off.....

@kreyren Hmm does make better sense... still I'm in subset of seeing it destroying things, but can understand than while somewhat endlessly taking things down still seems stalemate or defensive at the expensive of expensive everything resources just to make and maintain those things...
But I'm sure and willing somewhat to see / understand how tech-ing up or defensive-offensive weapons eventually gets use to peace...
Right now still perhaps very much less of these tech things I'm in favour of else peace becomes a catch-22 (impossible to pursue because everyone is busy making and spending on weapons and than tempted to use them instead of using brains to find a way out of this somewhat vicious cycle)... Again that's if top echelon of people want peace and to equalise their own power eventually... which I see nobody would be to quick to do and I don't have any solutions myself... not yet!

That's the thing about being good; it's not always about expecting people to do the before and after or what they should have done... (of course it helps) -
it's about looking past that...

...more about the 'at least' this and 'at least' that is happening in the now and as the overall win if really it's not too draining of resources and avoids the googlismus :)

Even if we take a bit of the hit for them in resources it's a win for them not to go elsewhere and a win for humanity every day they use this and not that, And meanwhile they practice a bit of free software etc :)

Have to be giving bonifartius knowing also we're all losing anyway... can't not give it :) and can't expect even mostly 'optimals' or ideals happening. It's just like humbly taking whatever we can get knowing it all adds up...

I don't think it would work feeling bad about the timings of people jumping in late or for wrong reasons (ok mabye a bit) but not holding it too much against them because we too also realised about a software way too late or something else... and it's best to forget about it and keep moving on to reduce that other stuff...
We too didn't see the importance of something until it was too late almost in this or other things.
Humans are like and mostly about when 'push comes to shove' - this is just life and almost can't scold people for that.

Ah yeah right less thick / more permeable perhaps.
And do remember that cleaning increases chances of these things or even over doing it easy (you probably know but I'm being protective of what can break in 5mins cleaning and otherwise would last lifetimes as 'dirty' or off white!)... this including breakage or 'wear and tear' while cleaning (atoms getting thinner),,.
but looks like you got away clean hehe :)

Think there are some thing your fighting for there that are worthy but again if people understood what it is and didn't have to do it inevitably backwards (joining this that and learning in general) then I think it's a bit much to ask a company considering just for a person it was / is hard enough just to get head around it (not just money or paying someone else, it's still 10years to understand how instances are like email providers but unlike them in many ways)

Usually this kind of response is from seeing something else being abused or not done right, protective etc... so if I can ask as it's interesting "Why do you care about that?" and what context... any specific contexts?

Mostly (if it's in general you're mentioning) then it's a good thing for anyone not to be mined even the other bastard companies... just to reduce things down as overall win in a constant way.
