I help people create audio / edit educational audio / podcast / music / visual short videos / transcript text
+ I like to add a bit humour while being quite strict in my own politics (opinions) but open / inviting for others to tell me what I should do if they can explain more than just a short comment (I don't mind it's healthy for me at least if you have logic and can stand yourself explaining).
FreeSchool is about Learning towards Freedom (which is about Uniting everyone slowly, even "1 by 1"... Easy with The Fediverse!
Not virtue signalling here only, but practise of EVERYTHING as we go. Judged by getting in contact (many have) and having courage to communicate (or seeking it from others is ok, EVERYONE needs a bit of courage or hand-holding to make big personal changes). Who else is there for example if family doesn't understand?
Learning and watching can be good and staying out of people's way, BUT better is doing something every day and helping each other with some tough decisions / lessons... and then being bold enough to do them. 1... 2... 3 that is all that's needed.

Naturally you will hesitate if someone is sure of themself or ok standing on shoulders what we copy do the best from humbly but not too sterile either.
Based on just emotions ruins almost everything, which seems very common - very ungraceful - so don't disconnect... do it gracefully at least!

So just for clarifying... about the scenario - it might not be clear as apart from the intentional knowing it's broken and not saying, but often one doesn't know and if using a condom then most don't pull out so seems a bit like two scenario with first being obvious it's wrong and the other I'm not sure so maybe you could clarify as 'stealth' to me seems to possibly mean not having condom on or pretending... so a broken condom wouldn't be stealth... anyway clearing that would help see what you meant.... thanks

@mike_hales @mako Most coop people don't understand software, let alone Free Software. Most Free Software people don't understand coops. The intersection of these two groups is tiny, but hopefully growing.
What I would like to see would be more people interested in learning, and less people trying to impose their very particualr views on the other camp.
The implied assumption that Free Software projects can't possibly stay honest is indicative that a lot more work is needed.

Cool - good to know the theory.
And as always expect more to the story. Generally 'these guys' generally seem to do thing right or by their own good ways so it's reassuring there is a good reason and even shortcuts are measured or part of the overall which fill in later despite some initial 'aesthetics' and missing stuff let's say :)
The best visual example and how I feel with great people and good work to do!
This is important to me to express how it feels talking to the greatest people on Earth and be trusted for the love of it all!

Mastodon needs to sort this linking to Google out - It's fundamental and very similar to the existence of Mastodon in the first place it seems. So we could avoid pushing links to Google YouTube and at least offer alternatives for our people (PRIVACY BY DEFAULT) and then use originally pasted youtube links as the fallback (we re-route links by default and offer original as backup).
Mastodon and privacy as the the default everywhere if not just for the 100000000's links every day!
You have the stats admin - how many links are click-thrus to Google? And is it our responsibility? ❓

-People need to stop funding it / choose where our taxes go
-Need to build more trust within people and build something
-Focus on something else that is not a short term loop of the 'Next bad thing' like television

Sites on the internet are stored on Amazon servers, giving them even more access to data trends and physical control over the internet existence. Something of an end-game there if we become dependant on that.
Even if mitigated it's still their pipe and space, which ultimately you can monitor, if not simply in the way of needing pay for it / maintain contact with them.
If you don't shop at Amazon, consider this also as it's not as clear but you're shopping at Amazon.
The cheap upgrades and all-you-can-eat appearance is not a good model and eventually encouraging bad computer / costing energy mass.
So anyway as the world expand nd contracts you're going to be back one day to running on a hard disk or finding your own geographic solutions (Germany seems strongest at the moment. Tutanota email etc) since AWS is fracturing and centralising the damage constantly for you in USA to appear 'all you can eat' 24/7 but isn't really. It's just a spike in how it's possible and it is also political in the way it's setup / consumed / paid for.
Just a thought.... and some end-game reality after this period of perceived excess dips back down.

A few comments and even adjustments, at least in my view -
Politicians are Businessmen.
This is the main thought, but I try convince myself as I go down the page and be softer than I am initially:
Politicians and Government Politics (is different to our personal politics).
Government Politics is just another soft-form of leadership and coercion in my current eyes using the roots that push things out and get them implemented (for Government itself). Being lead and killing time is a main process or just how things happen to happen (in my eyes) which is not direct enough as change and always leans toward these things- they (the mentality/the group) just keep measuring what they can do directly and the rest is slow increment and re-invented snakes later... much like the grandma game when things creep up on you when you turn your back, when you go to work or are busy with life and they are still there trying to do what they first signalled they wanted, even faster perhaps when you're not looking or simply the attack is to attack everything (this is a definition of Government perhaps!). No good, for everything, eventually, everything bad.
The position of politician seems either by definition or de-facto a kind of worker for that (please correct me) and they are haggling or softly grouping / representing people while mainly serving those that pay them / their heads / their parliament / their hierarchy / their government and all the swore in legal stuff probably in place like lawyers that when sworn in sweat never to go against the system. Probably the usual backroom / backdoor stuff also (life is not exactly transparent in all business I guess and maybe that's unfair to rope Politics also- would helps see all the 'books' and accounting).
Each politician represents a larger group and most have no contact of affiliation with those politicians but anyway it assumes control or representation of them.

I think Politics is actually a sport I could play but like watching cricket or train-spotting (which I can understand now) people might not understand and be repulsed against participation until the right person comes a long and shows how one ball game is very similar to the other or game dynamics interesting like a b c d.... but each sport does have it's fun once you know them of course... which is what I ask for and my aim with politics... but doesn't help that often I don't get a reply for these types of people.
So anyway as I see it now, rather than the people controlling politicians they are being represented by them in-directly and not enforced by the people.

Politicians are in a limited system as many people looking our for their job MOER THAN ANYTHING LIKE ANY OTHER JOB.
BUT.... I'm really impressed with Pirate Party (in various countries...) although the name is probably the more paradoxical / genius turn off for people as they might not be able to bring themselves to say I vote for Pirates :)

I agree there, I'll label them badly because I believe xyz and measure the system to little of what I know (the system of people and government incentives/mechanism in place) which isn't totally correct - it's a long undoing of the system so all will look bad but can be perhaps honourable in this long slog. I will lean towards negative descriptions but I'm wrong to say all are bad and not just a mixture of less bad things like parents that don't know how political money is and for the war machine but end up growing kids totally on it and expect you to ignorantly do the same at 'whatever' job is available 'just for now'.
The system basically over time has been developed in such a way that it's difficult and ultimately controllers are not interested in humanity but pricing stuff. (over-simplified version there to cut myself short)
but having said that and I am gaining confidence in people more, even those in politics.
Those who can could talk about how it work more... so I don't have big gaps in my knowledge or have concrete example without battling anyone about it at the same time.
