Just sharing some #Linux "Pep-Art" (if there was ever such a thing) that I think wouldn't look bad as a #wallpaper either.

(Sent from my FreeBSD machine :D)

@joel yup, the sort of convenience that big tech likes to eventually make mandatory.

@collectedoverspread So I was asking if the text over talk about people who no longer want to takl so much and talk more in short loops which harms the humanity or communication depth as a whole?
I will read it later but I like talking about it too.

@freemo @lucifargundam @Co @QOTO Hi! I do audio chats and can turn around an audio file all on my own very fast so if you have anything you want to say or chill around let's do it! Or even just do a small test!

( You said... "...i wanted to start doing podcasts (which I never got around to)," so I would really like to do that also with you - click this post to see original text )

I recommend just a chat either way if you have question but it's really a simple Jitsi chat room and I'll do the rest and show you my work.
Talk about whatever and I'll cut the "best of" and make the flow happen (happy to edit and show you first to get the ok).

See here for existing work / happy chats completed:

@cweickhmann Love this kind of rant. Full of points. Some potential points <added>:

(almost in order of your paragraphs after startup unicorn icon):

- journalists to some extent are repeaters (and yes better if they critiqued it a bit / apply something of a contrast or + / -)

- lots of models of hardware just have an added port or very minimal difference and performance is the same despite 'upto' prefix which are only in unique setup possible - I l❤️ve youtube/yewtu.be sources that blow dust on the new model as people stick to their existing model and realise they don't need to buy!

- A lot is hope or hype (for themselves and for others 'to believe' / make momentum for them)

</added> Thanks for reading :)

@collectedoverspread quick hello and check - does this cover basically people not wanted longer drawn-out things and more the short loops?

ROOT OF PROBLEMS:
Opinions and own-politics are not largely not wanted and not merged or merged negatively/weaponized)

Not much to earn out there out of ethics of the humanities... or enforcing those types of things
(systems don't value or need it)

And not suggesting good ethics things need to be paid but conversely why pay people to do the bad?

I think everything shouldn't have to be paid as we would do it anyway with some safety nets and decision-making from self.

Money Scams via Tech
+ Carl Sagan Quote

"Science is more that a body of knowledge, it's a way of thinking."

- Carl Sagan Quote (At 2m30s of this video below)

I wrote this post because more and more I find educated people agree that politics is in everything everywhere and Carl Sagan confirm the way of thinking which for me also shows "it's possible" that Tech and Money and Everything "might not be innocent" as Tech or anything humanly designed is made and put together FOR something... and that is a way of (profit) thinking using Tech... so what innocent people don't not see in these games are the small knowledge and thinking FOR being cheated regularly out of money.
These videos show how easy it is to fool humans or use technology that is faster than human eye or unclear as game (also as in money - who knows is it just simple number on paper?)

How can the owners of technology on large scale cheat people - video shows through smaller games (physics and electronics)
Tech enables people to take / siphon and take people's money without them seeing behind the screen. That is BOTH tech's fault (for some of it make as machine for money) AND people for using it unfairly and *just* for money (sometimes fun but illusion of fun without saying it's near-impossible or that the owner can select when it wins... is not fun).

yewtu.be/watch?v=vXBfwgwT1nQ
This Arcade Game is a SCAM (with proof)

It's not skill it's creating a near-miss illusion to get money.

Innocent people would never even imagine online technology to push prices up like airline ticket companies sharing information to see you're checking the same tickets across all their websites and push prices up per refresh etc)... do

in Life of ?

@fsf Hi Free Software Foundation !

I will boost your post as you ask if I get to talk to a human! :)

P.S Just me...
But I think it's also a good idea for everyone interested in free software to as a regular individual or talk in a regular group thing...

If you're interested... let's talk,..
AUDIBLY anytime!

I'm doing a few of these tonight: one T420s, one T440p and one X230 thinkpad. All with OpenBSD 7.1 (various configurations).

I sell Thinkpads with coreboot, replacing the proprietary UEFI firmware, here: minifree.org/

I normally install Debian, but I offer BSD aswell.

@Yujiri Yeah I had some feeling of this but as isolated jobs (or individuals thinking in isolation) I can see how people are compartmentalised or just blinkered (like horses with tunnel vision) and nobody really thinks much what others are doing in other department or companies in different buildings (mostly people get pre-occupied with themself and their area ?)
But over the scheme is perhaps 1 thing by design or from top level
(what do you think about this, does it sound similar to what you mean?)

Using screen light to light my room,

Saves electricity and lighting element by delaying usage.

Little light needed for some tasks which you can match (such as removing shells of walnuts from a bucket, can do almost blind)

Will switch on light a bit later...

@gemlog EXCELLENT.

All information is subject to abuse and misuse. Companies co-operate with each other more than ever as mutual partners to try trap people (we are their 'market').

Their judgement and intentions are questionable and for-profit.

@GustavinoBevilacqua This might be a bit different to context of governing... but yes and also no...

Some thoughts (not all of these are final or in all without exception)

- People are enabled by YouTube so to some extend the thumbnail phenomenon is part of a wave of presentation and "oh wow" or "oh my god" pictures and click-bait or many things- so this point was about platform enabling it/

- People have nothing better to do (goes for me too even if I have more modest reasoning I honestly can't even work for free and feel like being a shitposter is more fun..
so I sympathise with

--anyone without work / silently political system

--people who can be creative even if they amplify unjustified things for many other reasons.

Many reasons are around being bored and not being paid by any other health ways.

Average person also simply not interested and not clicking much else... they want entertainment or the spectacular to get away from their own life... (the spectacular and the fear sells / magnetises people)

- also who can do hard work of thinking about their own situation? Not sure about the answer and that's from me getting into EVERYONE's face lol)

So people will fall into what is given, and what is American all-you-can-eat (all-you-can-upload) as the way to go because what else is there where you are... ?

A lot of consumption is almost unashamedly normal even by those using it for anti- stuff which then becomes anti-IT and sometimes anti-Information.Technology)
or just anti-info and let's crack nuts talking about it for 12hrs trying to force a solution out with just 2 people!

The mentality of people is still there basically to divert elsewhere unless you basically want to sit down with me and pull your hair out instead of be entertained and softly visually caressed from a distance about 'other people'.

So I'm not in fashion and people want solutions also today... otherwise after accepting that's asking too much then the real work could begin as we get over the hump of emotions

and *maybe* even fear less things and do things together (which involves not fearing me ironically)

"fear is all the world has ever seen lately"...

Linkin Park or pays me at least for helping it's eco-system of clicks (what else is there in the free software apart from coding?)
