Disclaimer: Personally I don't think so NO (here's so reasoning why. I prefer it to be grown organically or from means that reach people more safely - the means justifies the end, more than the quick lazy way somewhat provided by the forbiddable USA! More quality and reason to be active without 'help' from GAMAM [ Google, Amazon, Meta, Apple, Microsoft and whoever gov included ]... Facebook GMAFIA GAFFA MAMAA and FAANG by coming up with the acronym MANAMANA, which includes Microsoft, Apple, Netflix, Alphabet, Meta, Amazon, Nvidia, and Adobe. (A zillon BigTech acronyms that might as well be all of them) because it seems to me to grow 'free software' or 'Freedom' while they grow bigger is somewhat stupid.

So while the other way is long, hard, involves brain power and involves less shortcuts ( every follower has to get it from word of mouth, IRC, XMPP, Mastodon, their own realising endless scroll is bad etc) the idea is eventually a good way (even if you think it will never happen) so you can get people on-board 1 by 1... not just to ht subscribe BUT ACTUALL MOVE!
Without too much emotion here btw, JUST NO for the nicely made 'shortcuts'/short-traps from being personally used and indicating/doxing others also as future-evidence... from publicly / less-private pushing USA servers and platforms...

YES - You think it works as overall 'better', can us them more than they use you

NO - You think selling out = more bad work is done than any good and USA resources are far superior to let any roots grow from their platforms and in fact it could be just a easy detection system / alarm ringer / honeypot so you are baited and they just develop worse or just block the way far up ahead in the road what they see trending and when 1000 people repeat the same "we'll do this")

MAYBE - You think you can cheat superior / fast technology and get best out of them or use a low tech mixture (for example, just making 1 post via TOR and never touching the account again, cleanest in and out but also considering your previous IP history / existing accounts)

I agree with comment before this and that it would be amazing if they made it themselves since USA is very dedicated and advanced in war technology of well every kind probably!

But if everything is produced and sold / organised from 1 place (including dollars given out in 60's/70's to leveraged other countries making them a kind of subsidiary or company abroad, with whole countries basing their own currency on it) then well it could be called anything a nest, and source of Vipers !

Think of it also as 1 humanity:

Each person you meet is just a fragment of that. All / most have the same kind of source or zest or yeast (however you like to call it). You can feel it more from others immediately, some it takes time.

Indeed expecting not to 'know everything' or everyone is a good position and simply seems more about a somewhat steerable journey (now the we're born) amongst the people you pass along the way and visit for a while as if they were planets, All the different colours and radiation. More than the expectation simply the continuation of enjoyment (best as possible) even for yourself and your own self-discovery with and without others.. again all inside 1 humanity... not necessarily billions of people... and gracious planet hosting us or this 1 bubble we're in.

It does help from your point of view (or the viewers point of view) to say what isn't great about it too ( I don't mind this approach if people can work back to the positive and convert what they originally thought to "ah I get it now")...

Originally I wrote from the perspective of explaining a bit more the website... but I realised this approach feels good and makes sense. The other approach will be available but this way feels more etheric as overview

Also the feeling I got when you were mentioning the billions (without over analysing) seemed better to mention the enjoying part as 1 humanity more than the counting or slightly limited man-made perspective in rationalising it in this way... the galaxy is vast and enjoy is in some way vastly superior / more applicable.

@tripu So I have to put the human factor here (what the values mean to you or I as main part of my answer and only partial agreement with what you wrote (does very well it it's own field but horrible in the human realms / different language).

How much all those things you wrote don't touch on these human things is also telling about the 'teaching' and development of it, including what information is taught and not taught... (often no consent or uniqueness or sovereign ways added / considered psychologically to a person), It's all but omitted (compared to what's out there in STEM etc) and probably I think it matters to me and others those things outside the box (but not governments/empires who develop some things 100% not other things, deliberately not being responsible fir those things).
So I have touched on and circling this recently I think and well before so I'm getting nearer but that first line with do for now and I will later list what will be more helpful.

STEM -> does it have very little in the way of social anthropological David Graeber stuff?... What are the other departments exist that I could study?

Might be true STEM teach very little about...

- Resolving differences between people (not machines/numbers etc).

- Healing (not hospitals but leading a healthy life types of healing before biological repair). Healing people hearts and repairing mentalities / prevention.

- Justice or even the practise of talking about stuff like this in some field?

Yes. There is a chance that if we chain things suddenly tomorrow things can be much better from all the patchwork we do, if we can link them or use them as fuel. Like a chain of love / loving thing rather than working for wrong people.

Consuming less (resources or money or whatever) was not really there in many people's head all these years so a kind of no win (not even now with my recent washing machines rant) but to spend you life out and consider it was born from erroneous calculations and try not to feel cheated now you kind of know... might be a way but I'm with you on that sentiment... and efficiency has too been changed to means something totally different or whatever they mean it as... totally skewed in their language / meaning / implementation... anyway loop this text :) And happy to chat
