I give people time and I thnk that's the difference to others online who really don't have or give time and give up on people really easy... (don't mean to be competitive, no put-downs, just I more dedicate time to others and weave us together).
So you don't even have to read any of this because EVERYTHING needs time + communication and without that a lot is broken and even less human even if it's for good...

I help people create audio / edit educational audio / podcast / music / visual short videos / transcript text
+ I like to add a bit humour while being quite strict in my own politics (opinions) but open / inviting for others to tell me what I should do if they can explain more than just a short comment (I don't mind it's healthy for me at least if you have logic and can stand yourself explaining).
FreeSchool is about Learning towards Freedom (which is about Uniting everyone slowly, even "1 by 1"... Easy with The Fediverse!
Not virtue signalling here only, but practise of EVERYTHING as we go. Judged by getting in contact (many have) and having courage to communicate (or seeking it from others is ok, EVERYONE needs a bit of courage or hand-holding to make big personal changes). Who else is there for example if family doesn't understand?
Learning and watching can be good and staying out of people's way, BUT better is doing something every day and helping each other with some tough decisions / lessons... and then being bold enough to do them. 1... 2... 3 that is all that's needed.

I'm usually impressed with my media gallery as I work on posts a lot usually or hit the "Aha!" moments and capture it (other people may forget it for years, not me!).
Freedom is about *making it work together* better like using #Mastodon on the #Fediverse daily for better platforms with more #bestpractices and 'best' people to help us which I kind of collect here and

There's no buy-in solution - we have to make it with selotape or whatever we have - it's not shameful to bring whatever you have.
FreeSchool is terminology put together from many good things from past (coined in 1950's/60's. I / we become it eventually through being.

I encourage you warmly to participate with me as a I have time and then spiral out naturally to others (we are part of humanity and so naturally a sort of evangelism or ecological pyramid of life as we choose to spread lesser suffering while accepting consuming is part of it).

Naturally you will hesitate if someone is sure of themself or ok standing on shoulders what we copy do the best from humbly but not too sterile either.
Based on just emotions ruins almost everything, which seems very common - very ungraceful - so don't disconnect... do it gracefully at least!
A "school" of thought is here you can interact / ask and make best together as free/low cost as possible.
Even a bad answer you can take best from (of course I won't know all your situation when I suggest something but I don't need to answer 100% - you also need to help me!).
Leave perfectionism, we are all imperfect humans! Let's do it... Choose something ANYTHING and keep the thoughts rolling together...!

If you can teach your kids how to play chess and keep their cool after YOU WILL HAVE REAL WINNERS IN LIFE...
The reasoning:
Chess is a lot like puzzle solving and a few similar dynamics in life... if you can train your kids (and yourself!) to accept someone else's better puzzle-making then you can literally have more accepting people and a measurably better population in life accepting loss of this kind.
Also people can accept they are not perfect because Chess is not only about death and damage or defeating people or ego. It's about accepting happenings, puzzling and even learning to forget about it while still able to play the next time and not ignore this game (or these deeper and easy-when-you-know parts of life).
Imagine a system* which would never go against itself, and would never go against it's own design, would never develop anything that would undo it or make it 'better'... if you can imagine that (like the old authoritarian mentlity) then you can see better the reality no matter which realm of work you're in... and then start on what needs doing about it...
You're on the right track if you can imagine that.
Because a system* which would never design or develop something against itself is what I believe were measurably in. Most things appear or even outright promise things and never do them or just switch the chair to appear something has changed when those in the older mindset (authoritarian, warl-like mentality) simple are not going to allow or design a system that can design itself out of that system.
I believe that is the *system* and it's truth (system being a pattern) and above it's own survival or profit there is nothing or not much room to play with anything else humanitarian.
Even in the 'complaints' department there is a pre-determined funnel of information of the complaint, a pre-determined avenue to which nicely fits into what any company (including government) want.
This interpretation of what you said into their own template and their flow limits any blame or responsibility as we see in real life or anyone that has worked and seen injustice every day or the injustice that gets moved onto another department to avoid the complaint being seen in totality.
A definition of system in the context:
(system = an optimised pattern of mentality mostly from the days before such as the warring warlord days not too long ago) and the added new business techniques today (optimised government and it's governed business extensions called 'company' or 'business' registered to that government)
I reserve the right to optimise or retract what I say, to make it better for the intention of measurable good or goodwill I have inside myself.
Speaking more from yourself... rather than speaking on behalf of others mostly...
Talking from the "I" perspective and saying "my experience is" helps keep conversations more manageable or relative I think...
So rather than something far away or more virtual, you can speak more confidently about what you have experienced and what you are experiencing right now.

There are real people who have real medical issues who are helped by drugs like #Welbutrin and #Adderall. There are also people who have a completely normal problem with sitting in a classroom for 6 hours that is not a medical problem. Our issue is that our society dose a piss poor job distinguishing the two.
Often maintaining y/our own speed of communication or context is how to keep things comfortable and rewarding at the same time as trying and learning to do things differently or according to others in order to discover new things...
...and trying to learn to do things differently or accepting other people and their flow is useful in order to discover new things in new ways...
Ways that might appear strange, insincere or even offensive but if there is some logic or reasoning or context it can often still be worth following without going all in to discover the why or find more closer the reasoning (for example why someone said it more than take it as the end point)
Another way of saying the above:
Find a good speed / flow etc and some context where you're not distancing yourself too much and also not too close to the bone o lose it.
Go deep if can really enjoy and appreciate the rewards in that depth which naturally is needed since life was still developing and still is (I think that's us here and now!)
