I give people time and I thnk that's the difference to others online who really don't have or give time and give up on people really easy... (don't mean to be competitive, no put-downs, just I more dedicate time to others and weave us together).

I help people create audio / edit educational audio / podcast / music / visual short videos / transcript text
+ I like to add a bit humour while being quite strict in my own politics (opinions) but open / inviting for others to tell me what I should do if they can explain more than just a short comment (I don't mind it's healthy for me at least if you have logic and can stand yourself explaining).
FreeSchool is about Learning towards Freedom (which is about Uniting everyone slowly, even "1 by 1"... Easy with The Fediverse!
Not virtue signalling here only, but practise of EVERYTHING as we go. Judged by getting in contact (many have) and having courage to communicate (or seeking it from others is ok, EVERYONE needs a bit of courage or hand-holding to make big personal changes). Who else is there for example if family doesn't understand?
Learning and watching can be good and staying out of people's way, BUT better is doing something every day and helping each other with some tough decisions / lessons... and then being bold enough to do them. 1... 2... 3 that is all that's needed.

I'm usually impressed with my media gallery as I work on posts a lot usually or hit the "Aha!" moments and capture it (other people may forget it for years, not me!).
Freedom is about *making it work together* better like using #Mastodon on the #Fediverse daily for better platforms with more #bestpractices and 'best' people to help us which I kind of collect here and

There's no buy-in solution - we have to make it with selotape or whatever we have - it's not shameful to bring whatever you have.
FreeSchool is terminology put together from many good things from past (coined in 1950's/60's. I / we become it eventually through being.

I encourage you warmly to participate with me as a I have time and then spiral out naturally to others (we are part of humanity and so naturally a sort of evangelism or ecological pyramid of life as we choose to spread lesser suffering while accepting consuming is part of it).

Naturally you will hesitate if someone is sure of themself or ok standing on shoulders what we copy do the best from humbly but not too sterile either.
Based on just emotions ruins almost everything, which seems very common - very ungraceful - so don't disconnect... do it gracefully at least!
A "school" of thought is here you can interact / ask and make best together as free/low cost as possible.
Even a bad answer you can take best from (of course I won't know all your situation when I suggest something but I don't need to answer 100% - you also need to help me!).
Leave perfectionism, we are all imperfect humans! Let's do it... Choose something ANYTHING and keep the thoughts rolling together...!

Stupidity Literally Kills.
Not many dead bodies are obvious.
Just lots of little damage that accumulates elsewhere.
On top of that. It's taken advantage of by others.
A nice game of brain power needed.
Better early than late... (most of the time)... because you're still preparing usually and can't expect to know it all until you get there...

Consider 'normal' sometime means late/unreliable as standard and other things and people anyway in the middle.
Especially if late means it doesn't happen or faith is lost. Do it sooner. That's my advice...
Usually the 1st pass isn't enough anyway so "doing it early" means seeing what the reality is when you get there (need time to see the situation first)... and also doing it twice sometimes to fully complete things when you realise "ah I also need to do that."
Extra time just makes sure in the getting there and case needing to do more when you get there...
In other words, expect more things to happen than you expect.
Take something to read if too early...

Reduce, reuse, recycle.
But:
- In order to reduce, there need to be proper infrastructure to compensate for the thing being reduced;
- In order to reuse, things need to be durable and easily maintainable, modularly upgradable and repairable;
- If you go to the recycle step ignoring the first two, you've already lost.
As we see, just "changing consumer habits" doesn't work.

I get good conversation on QOTO but I've made some BIG almost-anti STEM comments (about STEM being so machine like)... and got little nothing back...
So this is a call out and encouragement for some constructive abuse my way... without retaliation just logic as sincere as possible my main weapons...
scroll my posts or replies and hit which one hit like a landmine... (BUT ok I should list the post later too!
remind me!)
Once something is complete people are not as motivated as before, less need perhaps.
But to keep it going is a skill or over-looked part of things as everyone can then suddenly leave!
Summary: Building can seem fun / organised / logical but then taking care is also something overlooked I think)

So some help here... I know my site is not great and the + / - 's that goe with it - but I am looking for re-evaluation using other people's advice for what is possible now 10/20 years later...
SCENARIO
So one day I'll probably move back to static (where's Frontpage2000 lol..) so what I'm really asking is IF THESE THINGS ARE POSSIBLE / EASY :
- own search engine for static pages... plugin someone else's solution?
- with Wordpress I still have access to 1000's plugins and choices... pretty amazing in terms of eco system and search all here:

so is there the same for Static Sites? I know there is the whole of the internet but to add what I need from 1 directory and just enable plugin is what I consider superior / efficient computing in many ways and continue doing work (I have lots of example static can't do).

Monetary attachment in projects etc often sacrifices themselves in the end... so ideally something like long term consciousness without big sell-out is for the right result...
Can't underestimate how initially doing things for profit (the whole reason why someone does things) forces a load of other stuff later which it then becomes dependant on.
Much like assigning wrongly an attribute to a different parent category, then these attributes are then lead by almost completely.
(perhaps donations and more philanthropic personal side projects are ok more than commercial and 'scaling up' false starts)
At the end this monetary attachment is going to be the problem much like arguing with bad parents but being attached to them or governments that misspend the money or can freeze assets if ever you really make a change.
The important thing is to find ways WITHOUT MONETARY attachment and more liquid affinity otherwise we have to sacrifice / sell / ditch whatever we build under that.
Some long term consciousness without big sell-out I guess.
Affinity based communication for a better eco-system for growing healthy projects and people...
Switching from a need-based communication to an affinity-based community is a better eco-system for growing healthy projects and people.
It basically what we have now AND doing some more communication in between for what people feel or need.
Example: When finishing a work or project doesn't mean you don't talk to people in the past again.
If a company or person doesn't answer because the work is done then you know affinity wasn't / isn't there or there is some feelings about continuing communication (which is also good to talk about).
The continual affinity and talking about it I feel is what is going to win on top of the need-only method (because that is a bit divided) and affinity smooths out many other things for everyone along the way... Not just taking what they need and then ignoring the rest...
Summary: Incremental communications along the way towards the human things and affinity mentality, not just a traditional material-based need thing... but more grease for all other things human-based.
