I help people create audio / edit educational audio / podcast / music / visual short videos / transcript text
+ I like to add a bit humour while being quite strict in my own politics (opinions) but open / inviting for others to tell me what I should do if they can explain more than just a short comment (I don't mind it's healthy for me at least if you have logic and can stand yourself explaining).

Not virtue signalling here only, but practise of EVERYTHING as we go. Judged by getting in contact (many have) and having courage to communicate (or seeking it from others is ok, EVERYONE needs a bit of courage or hand-holding to make big personal changes). Who else is there for example if family doesn't understand?
Learning and watching can be good and staying out of people's way, BUT better is doing something every day and helping each other with some tough decisions / lessons... and then being bold enough to do them. 1... 2... 3 that is all that's needed.

Business of Business = Robbing people...
(Robbing people is big business itself)
Robbing People can't be accepted. We have to put an end ourselves to this (not looking to government only who is robbing us) while slowly finding ways to merge feed each other and working at the same time (my work is free) and house each other (I can support 1 more person for a while).
We can't function even while being robbed or robbing each others... Always we lose bigger that way and more crisis happens anyway... gotta merge efforts and make it our own (to be robbed less of time and energy and therefore money).

It SEEMS sometimes it's more about what the good people can't do, not just what the bad people do.
No talking = No freedom / oppression

People want to Follow but not really follow...
Choose careful and then engage like there is only 1 of them left...
Why open racism is better than closed (not totally but partially)... because people are at least learning or having chance to oppose... exposure to alternative opinion / reasoning is important for a % of rascists to learn...
I'm saying this looking at the 'worst-case' scenario as the more dangerous hidden racism or unlearning type
So the worst case or more dangerous is when people:
- silent racism (silent while discriminating other people)
- not expressing or getting into argument / conversation (not showing intention)
- indirectly forcing / passive aggressive pushing people out (e.g. closing factories from 70's where black people work working all their life in America to take power base away from Black-powered movements at that time)
- Not being visible for others to detect (mixes their politics in less clear ways / can be covered by other nicer-looking things but when you get down to it they still hate black/xyz people ...or to be honest just hate people... which also needs coming back to just 'loving people' for the wonder they are.. (sounds soft but hey it's possible once you clear the crap misconceptions!)
So misconceptions will stick until people mix amongst others and get peppered with different ideas and examples... like a person from countryside becoming more cosmopolitan as never met many other before... people aren't always "racist " just inexperienced with others because working with people (forced by economics or whatever) makes it all harmonise (even in a weird capitalistic way)
Basically alignment is painful either way (like learning is) but not learning or just staying with like-minded people is unhealthy for racists especially to rot.
Again, you are my reality-check if it's gone too wrong in thinking... Adjust accordingly considering context of *this post* only about basically racists learning (or getting more exposure to other views) vs not learning (not getting exposure to other views).
If only those people high up were looking to fix problems...
When all things are measured to such a high level or Matrix / Matrices or pre-arranged chess you can but look and if you can survive see if there are are weakness / opportunity... which is really people themselves but people will just call it a cult (without realising what cult they are in).
Humans in your equation is both potential and a potential tragedy... inside what is a a cruel / cold / uncaring matrix which doesn't calculate your human attributes or care about what you think.
Fortunately or perhaps moer false hope is that change begins in your Mind first (depending on how much you want it or how much more you're willing to take of this existing position)
The rest after the mind is easier and builds quickly.
But without imagination you are not really looking for change and perhaps mostly a matrix piece for the designer to manage accordingly.
Life is a rework- get ready to do it all over again if needed- sometimes in the next 5 mins or 5 years and do it similar or even twice as better next time.
