The image was taken in 1839 by an amateur chemist and #photography enthusiast from Philadelphia named Robert Cornelius. Cornelius had set his camera up at the back of the family store in #Philadelphia. He took the image by removing the lens cap and then running into frame where he sat for a minute before covering up the lens again. OK, academics. When we're writing a #LiteratureReview (like a WHOLE review, not the intro to a paper), how do we like to organize the papers?

Right now I have a library going in #Zotero and I'm trying to be diligent about tagging papers with their topics, but I feel like there has to be a better way. (Maybe someone knows about a #WordCloud tool for all of my tags, or something?)

Tonight I decided to add candy eyes to our chocolate-dipped strawberries, only to learn that when it comes to desserts there is a very, very fine line between “whimsical” and “cursed”

I often have to perform relatively small, one-off #bioinformatics / #datascience analyses for colleagues or collaboration.

How do you store, structure and share the code/report/data for these situations?

I'm currently throwing everything in just one github repo while working (one for all projects), and then releasing it as a gist + datafiles + one pdf report (made with latex), but I'm curious how other #science people do it.
