Good night.
PS, How am I going to sleep now?
I'm all excited and reenergized now🤩 !

That has been at the heart of my interests.
Understanding the interconnectedness through holistic living.
I have a ton of them!
On permaculture, health, food, TCM, minimalistic living, personal development, natural habitat, on finances too...
This (Holistic) is actually what that is about.
Nice!

If you talk about movnat, they are not thinking of discrimination.
Their goal is to get back into mobility.
I really liked this woman's story:

@globcoco @freemo On the other end for adults here, we can do 'recreational' courses. https://www.southdevon.ac.uk/?s=recreational-course
I am partly doing the Astronomy Orion course as a recreational course. so a different world, so we are already listing courses for the more 'academic' or 'adventurous'
@zleap @freemo
I agree with you.
Just wondering if they focus on this age range because they can give them specialized teaching with a lot of attention to get their energy channeled...
They seem to help these kids who are excluded to get their confidence building.
But yes we may also need this.
On that note, there is something that I really want to do.
You can check it out here:

They are open to anyone no matter your age and that would definitely help me get back into shape.
I heard about them a few years ago and life went on as always.
I got to see other videos of a woman who is a biomecanician and who helps the elderly get into shape that would shock youngsters

Movnat and her are actually working together.
By the way I hope I'm not yet scrap heap material👵 !
That actually seems alright (that is half what you thought it would cost you) but the time spend needs to definitely be taken into account.
I know you have a day job so putting that much hours into managing your blog, I definitely go yes:
it is very important that you get energized from doing this!
Sorry I didn't get that it was growing nice:
> "It was for compost reasons but one turned into a hill with lots of plants that simply where not growing very good. "
Nice. It is good to leave some for nature.
I think in permaculture they call it Zone 5.
Your garden looks really cool!
Btw, so glad that Open Learn is made available b/c if not I definitely would not be able to undertake any courses there.
Thinking about doing one on
