@freemo
Your signature looks like you've actually used some ink and a feather😊
@design_RG 👍
Yep!
@design_RG
I heard some people who prefers to use if at all Latex.
I opened an Overleaf account a few weeks back to do my resume but I have yet to understand its language...
Thanks to @zleap and the links he gave I hope to apply myself soon.
Yes! I even have a collection of snapshots of posts I make there; sometimes I attach a copy here so people can see them the way it should be.
PeerTube is the Fediverse's own video network:
Because it's part of the Fediverse, you can watch, follow, share, like and comment on PeerTube from Mastodon if you prefer. You can also embed PeerTube videos on websites.
PeerTube's site explains more: https://joinpeertube.org/
They are currently crowdfunding the latest version, which will support live streaming: https://joinpeertube.org/roadmap

Yes I do refer to that.
I do have the same issue on WF but I really think it is my lack of CSS skills.
Some can define it right in there.
By the way did you check this blog?
https://blog.hummingcrow.co/
When you click on about, the logo changes...
I assume you are referring to the message I sent this morning, regarding the visual presentation in Write.freely ? no reply yet on that case.
The ideal is to use a maximum width of 640 pixels, these will NOT be scaled down and are fast to load, we control the quality.
I alternate between PNG and Jpeg formats, whichever compresses an image better, I try for the smaller size always.
@design_RG @angedestenebres
That's why you're a fervent advocate of Glitch-Social!
I get that.
>> it's true that it feels like in a blog post.
Yes -- and to come back here and look at the oh-so-poor presentation Mastodon makes of it.
We need Markdown, so bad. Really sad to look at posts here and compare to what I do elsewhere.
I'm very good at what I do caring for others, motivating them, helping them feeling good about who they are and finding what they have that stand them apart.
But what i'm *not* good at, is to keep focused and on task if my whole body is not used at all.

@design_RG
I was refering to both😊.
it's true that it feels like in a blog post.
You actually asked to @angedestenebres about image sizes. Did yshe replied to you?
>> It actually looks quite nice!
The forum post, I gather ? Yes, it can look exactly like a Blog, all the controls are there, and Markdown works wonderful.
Sometimes I write a full blog here, and just hone it up a bit more at Write.freely.
Or maybe you were referring to the cool post with the jet picture? I liked it too.

Hello Mantix!
I think you have to ask Fosstodon.
Mines are fine.
@tychi
Could I dream of this alternate reality?🤩
@Sphinx @design_RG @hansw
Indeed!
In my view, it is like this. Four areas I am going to talk about. China mainland; Hong Kong and Taiwan and Macau.
In china mainland, different towns there have diverse dialects. When they went to junior high school. They start to learn mandarin together. After that mandarin is the common language to communicate. In the city, they start mandarin at primary school or when they were born. They learn mandarin from their parents
In Hong Kong. Cantonese and traditional Chinese writing same as Macau. But Macau may also speak
Portuguese I am not very sure.
In Taiwan. Traditional Chinese writing and Taiwanese. (very close to mandarin sounds but have a different way to say some words. I like it .sounds better than original mandarin)
To answer your question. Yes, there are many languages.
Personally if i wrote the TL;DR it would say:
"Feel free to share opinions, but we expect you to be respectful. Dont be an asshole" and leave it at that :)

I'm watching a video on its use.
This is really good!
Is that working on co-op only?
