This is my fun social media account, I will post a lot of video game stuff (mostly old or cloud gaming) and some work stuff.
If I post an image with no Alt text it is because the image is just there for decoration and doesn't provide any extra meaning to the toot.

#Twitter is top down. ⬇️
#Mastodon is self-organizing. ↔️
Still lots of unknowns & we’ll see how it all shakes out over time, but IMHO a decentralized network likely fosters trust & relationships in a way Twitter can’t. And that feels more sustainable over time. (FWIW I study community sustainability).
Also, so far it’s more pleasant here for women. #TwitterMigration
@ceoln don’t press the red one!!!
@WithnailMarwood @LordArse@toot.community it’s not too bad. It’s much like Twitter, but decentralised.
@LordArse@toot.community 11/10.

One of the highlights of the @computermuseum festival for me was the wonderfully generous gift of an RC2014🤩 by @ZxSpectROM
Thank you so much, I'm looking forward to exploring this new and weird world of Z80 for the first time!🙏🏽🤗

Some PC prices from November of 1992.
$1 is about $2.09 today.
@Christinah I mostly want the bot. I’m absolutely buying a Tesla Bot if it ever releases. People on Mars would be amazing too!
He’s at his best pushing technology beyond what people think is currently possible. He’s at his worst trolling people.
I like the Cybertruck, but trucks are ten a penny. It is hard to get super excited about yet another pickup.

Norton Commander, DOS Navigator, and Volkov Commander. Three legendary orthodox file managers for DOS.
What orthodox file managers do you use, and on which platforms?
I personally can barely function without one.

@LordArse@toot.community I’m liking it too. I can see using this more than Twitter. Seems like what Twitter used to be.

One thing that was super common on Mastodon / Fediverse prior to this mass migration was adding image descriptions to help be accessible to our many blind and partially sighted users here. Many people won't boost posts without them.
Please consider adding alt text to your images when you can.
@LordArse@toot.community @Krassenstein hey! Nice to see you here.

@Krassenstein I’ve just joined a Mastodon server a few minutes ago. Im on Twitter as gpowerf.
@Git agreed. Outrun 2 is arguably the perfect arcade racer.
@trinsec curiously I revisited Minecraft recently after not playing it for perhaps around a decade!
What have you been playing lately? A lot of Persona 5 for me as well as Plague Tale 2. Some Bayonetta, Outrun 2, DIRT 5, and Duck Hunt on the side.
This is my first toot. You can expect gaming and tech from me.
